The results are 100 times better than other carpet cleaner methods we've used. Love zerorez. They are always attentive, professional, and carpet looks and feels fantastic. You can tell there's no residue, funky smells.

It stays looking better longer
I wouldn't send the new guy to long time customers. I would not recommend after my last cleaning but based on prior experiences. My carpets were the more wet for longer than I have ever experienced with you. They were not as clean as usual and my set time that I validated twice, was compromised for what would be convienent for your business. This may be my last visit or at the least I will check on who is coming and prior experience.
My service man was very thorough and pleasant. He came back to redo a couple of tough spots and was very polite and kind about it. My carpet looks great and feels soft and new. Thanks.
The service man was very nice. He was willing to do more than I had originally asked for, which I appreciated very much. He was also nice enough to tellme how much the extra kitchen floor would be and also a wool rug if I was interested. I had two area rugs I had done. One was from a high traffic area. There must have been a lot of dust in the space between the carpet and it's backing. When we put the rug back in it's place a lot of dust came out on the floor. We spent a while vacuuming up the back of the rug to get rid of the dirt. It was probably just too old and dirty to clean. But I appreciate that he tried. You probably wouldn't have known without moving the rug again and we had to wait for it to dry to go on the wood floor. It just made us wonder how much dirt the carpet cleaning got out when so much was left in the rug. But, like I mentioned earlier, it wasprobably that the rug was too old and hadn't been cleaned as often as the carpets. There isn't really anything that needs to be done. But thanks for the offer.
No chemicals or fragrances (I'm allergic to fragrances), fast dry time, friendly and professional staff.
They were very flexible with my schedule. The technician was professional and courteous.
Isaias was incredibly nice and helpful. Even though the zerorez product wasn't able to fully clean my rug, I was very satisfied based on his high level of customer service. I will always request him in the future.

Hard working, friendly worker. Tried very hard to do a good job.
Getting through to talk with someone about scheduling a time was difficult and once I got through I never got a call back on the time frame, left message afternoon of day before requesting a time frame. I again called back the next morning after that hearing back on a time frame, again difficult to get to talk with someone. Finally got through on the day of the service to confirm a time. Tech's who came to clean the carpet were a 10.

Reasonable pricing and availability
Very difficcult to find your Provo telephone number. It is almost like you don't want to be found! So, your web page really needs improvement. I almost gave up on you folks.
The technician who did my rugs was very hepful. I do have one question, though. When I used Zero rez a long time ago, one of your good points was that it didn't take long for the carpet to dry. This time I couldn't put the furniture back on for 45 hours? The carpet in places was very wet.
Thanks for coming back to hit those re-appearing spots again, it's only been a few days since, but the spots have not re-appeared yet. We may have gotten them taken care.
My carpets were SO dirty. I've had other companies come in past years, but it never looked any different. Zerorez performed a miracle as far as I'm concerned; my carpet looks better than when I moved in.
