The technician who performed the work at our house was wonderful, a total "10", he was courteous, and very informative, took his work and his service to us very serious and professional. I would recommend him over and over.

The issue I have is that we set up our appointment two weeks prior for a Saturday morning, the person setting up the appointment indicated we were the only ones on the schedule and we had requested first thing Saturday morning as we had so much going on throughout the weekend, with family in town, people planning on coming to our home Sunday and we had activities planned with family Saturday afternoon and evening.

We ended up cancelling everything because Zerorez changed our appointment from being first to being apparently third and instead of getting there in the morning, did not arrive and start the job until 4 p.m. in the afternoon. That totally ruined our family activities planned for the day and evening, we had moved every single bit of furniture out of every room and put it in our bathrooms, our kitchen, halls etc. to get it off the carpet and had absolutely no place to function or live, which would have been fine if you had come in the morning on Saturday as we had set up initially.

Once the job was complete around 6 p.m. we were stuck, we had to just go sit somewhere until midnight hoping it would be dry enough to lay a mattress or two on the floor to sleep. Unfortunately at midnight the floors were still wet, we went ahead and laid mattresses down (which required that we dry them the next day on Sunday), and the floors were still wet when we left for Church 16 hours after the job had been completed.

19 hours after it was completed it was still damp in about 1/3rd the locations and it was not until this evening, Sunday night at 6 p.m. that we finally 24 hours later, were able to start putting furniture back.

The problem is "NOT" the technician, he did a great job, it was that instead of doing the work in the morning of Saturday so that we had "ALL" day for it to dry while the day was warm and the sun was out, instead it was cold, the wind started picking up, the sun was gone by the time it was finished and it took 24 hours to dry.

So, it is tough for us to recommend you as a company, the tech we would welcome for family dinner he was that good, but the company and the support staff when I called are all sub par from a strict customer service standpoint, telling us something different every time I called starting at 8:45 a.m. Saturday morning and I called every couple of hours throughout the day trying to get someone here.

So if someone asks us about zerorez we will say we had a great tech but had a horrible experience with the company as a whole, it disrupted our lives, caused us to cancel planned family events and visitors, etc.

Not a good experience and the support staff had really no interest in trying to provide exceptional customer service, in fact with one of them I was actually nervous that she would retaliate to my being annoyed by pushing our appointment further (which may be what happened, who will every know).

I was very pleased with the work on my pet stains. I was not thrilled with my general carpet cleaning in my family room. It didn't seem to look any better than before the cleaning. The higher traffic areas did not really improve and it's not like they were that dirty. I wasn't really going to have it cleaned but since I had you at the house cleaning the pet stains in the dining room I decided to just go ahead and have the family room done. I paid for the cleaning and the protectant and was disappointed.

Rick was very thorough and friendly. I like how he explained the processes to me. He worked hard, as well as his assistant.

Cleaning was very good. No messy small or crunchy carpet! I was thrilled with the entire job that was done. Technician wore booties and was very informative and helpful.

I love how clean the carpets are after your tech has been here. I love how kind and helpful he was. I'm sorry but I was in and out during this process, and my husband handled most of it. I did pop in to see how things were going and he made sure to have me look and was so willing to run over any areas we wanted. We have an older carpet and it looks great! I plan to do more of my home next month! I also loved how careful your techs are as they go through other areas in the home to get to the room you need cleaned!

Although the service was seemingly professional in the late evening, in the light of day it did not come up to a reasonable expectation standard. I had pre-spray up to 18 inches high on many fixed items in the rooms and many of the moved items off the carpets. There was white dried puddles on the Pergo flooring upstairs and down, both fireplace glasses and surrounds, all the banister surround wood. Let's not forget the piano which was covered with the pre-spray. There were many spots on the main wooden stairs from the suction hose coupling leak. The upstairs main bedroom area looks very dirty still and when rubbed with a towel and 409, it appears to come clean. I was surprised to see a 2-3 inch boarder of very dark carpet around the room when the tech. was done. His explanation was that your equipment does not go to the base board and you have no tools to clean the carpets up to the base boards. So now we have a semi white carpeted room with a very dark border. My surprise clean carpets for my wife has turns out very bad for me in the light of today. This is not how Grant and Amanda describes you service on KSL. We got a second tech to come out and work on the spots and stains throughout the work areas with his best efforts done, we will see what the Sunday morning light brings.

Be on time.I had an appointment between 1 and 3. I receive a phone call telling me they were running behind. That was ok, but then I received a second call telling me that they would be thereally about 6. They didn't show up until 730. I was a little upset by how late they were.

Cleaning is fast and dries quickly. We have loved our technician, too. He has been to our home twice.

They workers were friendly and cleaned the carpet well.

Zerorez carpet cleaning gave me the best carpet cleaning that I have ever had. I engaged Zerorez when my usual carpet cleaning 2 months ago, left my carpets looking like they hadn't even been cleaned. Zerorez technician, Kyle, came in and did a superb job. They haven't looked this good since they day the carpet was installed almost.

No other carpet cleaning company I have ever used over the years gets my carpet so clean. The carpet that has been in my home for the last six years has a lighter base color than previous years. I wouldn't even consider any other company to get it as clean as Zerorez can.
