I expected the carpets to look better! In some areas it actually looked worse! It was a fairly large job with only one technician - I stayed four hours (after hours), and it still wasn't completed but I had to leave. The technician said it would take at least another two hours. I believe an estimated length of time should be told when scheduling. I actually have already voiced my disappointment with your company and have scheduled some areas to be recleaned.
The carpets were cleaner than I ever expected they could be. The person that came to do the cleaning was very nice and professional.

The two men who came out to clean our carpets were awesome. They communicated so well and were determined to make sure I was pleased with their work. I was most impressed with the customer service and that's exactly why I would recommend Zerorez a friend.

Always look brand new when you clean our carpets. We get lots of comments on how new it looks.
The technician was very friendly, informative, and efficient. The carpets look and feel so clean, and he did a very thorough job on the air ducts.
Carpet looks great; very happy with the cleaning itself. The technicians were polite and professional. If I were to recommend you to a friend, I would tell them that information, but then warn them about the nickel & diming. My original quote was $175. Once the guys were here, it jumped to $430. That's pretty significant. $60 of that was me asking about getting my stairs cleaned (incidentally, that is more than I have been charged for stairs before). But the rest was due to their urging that we do a pet treatment and extraction on all of the rooms, at $50 per room (plus one free room). I do have a dog but do not have any visible stains or concerning smells. But the magic light/glasses indicated that catastrophic events would occur if I did not pay for this extra service. Once I talked with my husband and he shot that down and insisted we only do what was originally bid, I still had to listen to another 5 minutes of dire warnings from the senior technician about the pending carpet apocalypse if I did not do the pet treatment. After 3 or 4 times of saying no (is that the quota given by corporate?),they went to work and all was fine. It felt like nickel & diming, dictated by your business operation plan. Since my cleaning, I have talked with several people who have used you in the past with similar experiences. Just thought you should know that you have a reputation in the community for exorbitant add-on fees, pushed by high-pressure salesmen during the cleaning.

I was under the impression that the carpets would be dry 4-6 hours, that wasn't the case. The upstairs carpet took at least 10 hours, maybe longer but we had to go to bed. The real problem was the downstairs, I know the humidity is greater down there and I certainly understood it would take longer to dry but not nearly 18 hours later. The smell was nearly unbearable when you walked in the door from outside.
I don't understand what the Zero Rez really means; I chose your company for a reason and I feel like there was plenty of residue left. I could smell it for nearly two days. I don't know how you make it right, I really don't.
The guy was great. Very friendly and did a great job with my carpet. Although, he dripped something on the grass, so now I have a line of dead grass to the road with a big spot of dead grass at the curb... that is pretty ugly

I may have overestimated what it would look like but the carpet did not clean up as well as I hoped it would. We are in a 2 year old home and no animals or anything and it did not do that great. The guys that came were professional and kind. Thanks.

The customer service on the phone end was VERY POOR!! The technician did a great job and tried his best to help resolve our issues. Unfortunately after two different days of not getting help from customer service, I would NEVER recommend zerorez to anyone. You are way over priced compared to other carpet services, I ask to speak to a manager and was told she was busy on another call and would call me back. She NEVER DID!!! I only talked with her because of the technician. He was thoughtful, kind and did a great job!! It is only because of his service that I even let zerorez come back and clean two more rooms and our dryer vent the second day. He was wonderful!! But the rest of the team dropped the ball big time and I can no longer recommend your company to anyone. Instead I would highly suggest that they not use your company.
Above all I like the final result! Your workers are the best. So kind and helpful. let me highlite KIND!! Sensitive to needs. Respectful of my home and of me, and my time. Plus they are knowledgeable, not pushy, and oh so KIND!
