Your technicians are very knowledgable and professional .
Cost was triple my quote, too much residue left on carpet after cleaning so the technician had to come back the next day ( resulting in two lost days of work for me), I have severe asthma and asked about scent prior to treatment and was assured there was a light scent that would dissapate quickly. The scent was so strong, I had to spend the night away from my house. My floor was left crunchy. Terrible experience with this company.
It was clean and didn't overwhelm my sinuses with chemicals.

Your customer service is very poor. Your people do not come on the job prepared. They do not follow through. i.e. Your representative that came to use the ozone machine did not come prepared. He had to go purchase the plastic to wrap the frig and dishwasher. He knew they were there. He missed his appointment with me to come turn the machine off. Making me make a second trip later that day. He also promised with 100% guarantee that the machine would work. It did not. I told him within a few days of going back to the property, he said he would contact his office and have them arrange with me to come back. I waited over 5 days to hear from you, nothing. I called the office and they had no record of him doing that. I had to have you come back quickly, because my son was moving in. Then the time that was set up was changed once again because of a problem with your service van. Finally when a different rep. came he set up the machine again. It was in the home for another 2 days. In checking the home after of course all that was detected at the time was the ozone smell. I had to leave town, my son moved in. However, in returning home a week later the smell of smoke was still detected. I did not want to go through the hassle of the ozone again, I did ask for a $200 refund which I thought was more than fair. My son felt I should have asked for half being that the basement had the smell still. But he is willing to have candles and or air fresheners. Granted the home was horrible with the smoke smell. Perhaps you should tell your people they cannot 100% guarantee your work. Your office told me they did not have a 100% money back guarantee. You need to let your people out in the field know this. I know your company is the best in cleaning carpets, but the stairs and walking areas were not clean as your technicians did in past work at my house specially the stairs. Maybe redoing the treatment in spots and areas that were not clean.Thank you.

My carpet is 20 years old, and it turned out beautiful. they were fast and my carpets dried very quickly. i was very impressed!

We really liked the young man who cleaned our carpets. Our neighbor recommended him and so we changed our usual cleaner and tried him. He was very thorough and seemed to care about doing a pleasing job. The only thing I might suggest is that he provide foot covers for us, so we can keep the carpet clean as it dries. very freindly and knowledgable staff
it is great that you use the protective covers on the shoes, however, it defeats the purpose when they go back out side time after time and don't remove covers. they just track all the dirt back in to the home and on the clean and wet carpet...
