Your customer service team is anything by customer friendly. They are unable to think ahead and anticipate customer's needs and are 100% unempowered to correct problems. I scheduled my cleaning two weeks ahead I schedule so that I could get in the first time slot. I received a call two days before stating that I was the first cleaning of the day on Saturday. On Saturday I did not hear from or see anyone from Zerorez all day. It was not until I called you at 5pm and was only then informed that there had been all sorts of scheduling issues and that I would not see a technician until 8pm...that is 12 hours after my confirmed time. So my entire Saturday was wasted waking for your technician. He was excellent! You need to do a serious overhaul of your customer device and scheduling as they failed to meet any expectations. This is sad since I am a repeat customer that was refered by Cost-U-Less carpets, who I will now have to call and tell of this horrible experience so that they do not tarnish their reputation by recommending your ill run business.
Doesn't take as long as conventional carpet cleaning. I'll have to see how the carpet appears over time to determine how it holds up for the long haul...
Quick,efficient,respectful of house. Pleasant staffers with clear communication.
The main issue was the communication. I wasn't informed when the service was going to take place. I had to call to find out. The second issue was $60 for 13 stairs. It was a bit steep, that's all. The actual cleaning was great.
I had my carpet cleaned and it turned out beautiful. There is one spot that looks like it may have been missed.
Your technician crashed into my office building when exiting in the service van and didn't even stop to apologize , The second technician had to recognize the uncomfortable situation with me.
The technician was friendly and worked hard. The carpets look great.
We had some very dirt and stained carpet and zerorez was able to completely remove the stain and the carpet looks great!! Also the technician was very polite and professional.
I like that it is chemical free. The technicians are always super friendly and helpful. Great customer service and my carpets look and feel great!!!!

My carpets looked almost new when you were finished - even the spots that I thought would never go away were gone. I love that it is zero rez and environmentally friendly. The two guys who came - Rick and Leo - were so friendly, professional, informative. I had a great experience. Thank you!
We scheduled for 3 rooms and a hallway. You only cleaned 2 rooms and a hallway, but you billed us for the 3 rooms and hallway. Can't say I'm happy about that. Quality of cleaning is great.

No soap
I was impressed with the technician (Kelly) and his willingness to answer questions and try and do his very best. I questioned the cleanliness of a couple of spots and even after he had put things away he was willing to get it out again and "make me happy". Very customer oriented. I do wish you had a process that didn't leave the carpet damp.

I could tell a slight difference but still could have gotten it done better from a carpet shampooing company, No pre spotting and didn't try to get out the stains. I like the idea of Green but if it doesn't clean as well.
I like that it's clean and there aren't chemical residues left over.

Please tell us ahead of time if our grout is too dirty to completely come clean. We may have chosen not to get it done. It is better but can get no cleaner in heavily soiled areas.
Had a family member mention they had a good exp and heard a ksl ad and called and got a bid. call back the following week and schedule an apt and got the carpets clean. I noticed the price charged was different than the original quote, called today and they listen to the call and said I was quoted the higher when I sch the appointment. I guess I was under the impression it would be cheaper, but I guess not.
There was hardly any drying time, the carpets turned out better than I thought they could even be, and no harmful chemicals for the kids! I would recommend Zerorez! It was worth every penny!
