Friendly, honest, fast
I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning performed in our home this past week by Brady Barlow. I hope he can return next year. He did a excellent job and took the time to explain what we should do to take care of our dog issues. I feel well pleased and happy for a good clean carpet, and plan on using your company Zerorez again. Especially Brady.x

The carpets are always clean when you are finished and the workers are always very careful to guard the walls from getting marked up.
I was left with a bottle of stain remover but he said he couldn't get it out even though he went over it on the carpet. My visiting teacher and I used the stain remover in the bottle and got most of it out ourselves. I recently had surgery which is why I called professionals to begin with because it is difficult to get on my hands and knees right now. Guess what? Most of the stain is gone now because of our elbow grease but not because of professionals. Learned my lesson. The ads don't tell the truth.

I Was not satisfied with the service and you wouldn't refund my money. Call center was horrible. The First tech that came out refused to do my tile floors telling me that the floors become discolored. While the other "more experienced tech" me that they were doable and didn't know what the other tech was talking about. Also, when I booked the appointment nothing popped up telling me the day I picked full it just booked me for the following week to which I was unaware. I am very upset and would like to get my money back. I truly would not have to resort to contest this with my credit card company.

No chemicals or residue left in my carpet. Online appt scheduling. Friendly service. I was contacted the day before with the approx. time the technician would be at my house. Technician did a great job.
