FOR US IT WAS ALL ABOUT OUR SERVICE TECH RICK! HE WAS SIMPLY AMAZING..DID A FANTASTIC JOB! FRIENDLY,QUICK,AND THOROUGH... HOWEVER THE GAL I SET THE APPOINTMENT WITH ASSUMED MY NAME WAS DAWN WHEN IN FACT THATS MY HUSBANDS NAME (DON) MY NAME IS TAMI... ALSO SHE WASNT "CLEAR" I WAS UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT IT WAS 29.95 FOR EACH AREA THAT WAS 200 SF ... SHE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE STAIRS BEING ADDITIONAL SO WAS QUITE SHOCKED WHEN RICK HAD TO BE THE BEARER OF BAD NEWS! BUT AGAIN HE COMPENSATED FOR HER MISTAKE. OTHER THAN THAT I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMEND AND USE ZEROREZ AGAIN! JUST AS LONG AS WE GET RICK ;)

A dark ring around edges of each room can not be vacuumed clean and the Zerorez cleaners do not get close to edges to remove that ring. On stairs I asked him to go back and clean the edges and he did but it should be done in rooms, too.

The technician (I believe it was a substitute) arrived almost four hours late for the appointment which was supposed to have been at 4 in the afternoon. The cleaning job was not up to par with the service that we had received in the past..several areas where a second pass could have made a big difference and several spots missed. It was difficult to see since this was being done in reduced daylight. We appreciated the willingness of the technician to be there way after quitting time. Also, we weren't impressed with your scheduling personnel who basically told us we were out of luck when we asked about rescheduling for first thing the next morning rather than having to be there at 8-9 PM at night. The response to our request was that the next day was already fully booked, in essence saying to us "tough luck" that Zerorez didn't meeting its commitment.

Because our carpet didn't "look that dirty" to the technician he used a different attachment on his hose. My husband pointed out an area that was more soiled and your technician treated it with something. A few of the spots came out but the area continues to look dirty as it did before. My carpet knap isn't standing up as it has with previous carpet cleaners. Our stairs seemed to have only been cleaned in the middle because the sides of each step were completely dry, while the middle was wet.

No possible way to leave residue.

the person that can out to clean carpet was very polite and was sorry for being late.
When he gave me a quote for cleaning the title and sealant we thought was very expensive so just did carpets which I thought was little expensive also but he did a good job in cleaning the spots that I didn't think would come out.

While the technicians were friendly, my house stinks now and it didn't before, and it was much more expensive than what I had anticipated.

Areas of the carpet took almost 24 hours to dry. The carpets look very good.

The first time I used your service, it was because my son recommended it. To be honest, I was not pleased with the result. (By coincidence, the same tech did his house the same week, and he was not pleased either.) However, I decided to give it one more try, and Isaias did a GREAT job for me the other day. The carpets were SO clean, and my stairs looked almost new again. Thank you!

The gentleman who cleaned our carpet was friendly and professional. He explained everything really well and worked quickly.

I was very much pleased with the inpowered water that was used to clean my carpet and kitchen tile floor, especially the tile floor! The technician did a great job,took his time to make sure that everything was clean from the spots in the carpet, he also removed such as a hard waxy residue that spilled onto the carpet, it all came out!! Very inpresed. My vents were also cleaned out.
I will definitly have Zerorez come again to do more cleaning on my furniture and basement stairs.
I highly recommend the techician Bobby Brown for his excellent work, he was very efficent and thourough. Very pleasant and easy to talk to.He answered what ever questions I asked.

With that being said I'm looking forward to having Zerorez making a return trip for more services. Thank You!

The service was way too expensive for the results. My rugs didn't come clean and I feel that I wasted my money completely on carpet cleaning. I also wanted to get my hard floors cleaned, but the estimate was just way too cost prohibitive and expensive. Although the service provider was very nice and professional, I would never call Zerorez again not would I recommend it to any of my friends.
