You claim that the water won't leave any residue behind. Have been able to get stains out.

Jose came in and got down to the business of trying to clean a huge nail polish menagerie. I brought in a special solvent and gave it his best shot. We didn't have much hope but he did get quite a bit of it out. We still have some color and a little clumping but there is an overall improvement.

My carpet looks great today. Hoping it will look this good two months from now.

two things, surprise for water clean up should be notified prior to the service so I know what all the pricing is. The protectant lest costly.

Good communication, professional technicians, great results.

I was impressed with your customer service in reconfirming my appointment, letting me know when the technician was on his way, and this chance to report my experience. I was also extremely impressed with the quality of work you did about two years ago. (I think the tech's name was Jordan or Jason.). But the quality of work this time wasn't as nice as last time. He left huge brownish-yellow spots in the living room where my stupid dog urinated, although I paid extra for the pet treatment. Thankgoodness the spots cleaned out when I used my Bissel with only water the next day. He also cleaned all 3 sets of stairs about as fast as it takes me to vacuum them and didn't clean the risers between each step. The steps themselves looked ok, but they weren't obviously dirty to begin with.

I guess what I'm saying is that last time I felt like it was truly worth the difference I paid for Zerorez and other companies I've used. This time, I feel someone else could have done as well for half the cost.

Love the way my area rugs came out. Excellent!

The only complaint is that when I made a reservation to get my carpets cleaned, they said I would be the first. My time was scheduled for 10:00, but they showed up at 8:30 a.m. Its a good thing I didn't made a mad dash for the store. It all turned out great and I'm glad it was earlier. It just surprised me that his ladies setting up the appt. wouldn't tell him. No big deal, They were great and took great care. I want them two again sometime

Great friendly service and the carpets look great

Whatever your process is to pre-treat is a disaster! It set the soil and I had to work in one room alone for over 4 hours to try and get the area clean. I have cleaned my carpets for over 25 years and had white carpets for that amount of time. I use a carpet company occasionally when I am unable to do it. This looked so bad after I nearly cried and it made me feel sick. The technician cleaned 5 rooms in an hour or less (not). I got out my carpet cleaner and my rug cleaner and had to use additives to get the areas clean. The only areas that looked clean when the technician left were areas that weren't soiled to start with. He was clearly disappointed and told me to go see what I thought. He said ok I will give you two rooms for free. I paid him to leave. I am attaching pictures as I took a picture of each room and a picture of an area after I cleaned it with the dirty water. This dirty water came immediately after the technician was finished. I would never recommend your process of cleaning. I saw this product advertised on one of the local tv shows at noon. I will also let them know this is not a good product. You can only make things right by crediting my account in full! Name removed

I feel that they could done a better job. I had some stains that could of came out after a month past I redid the carpets and the stains that I had did come out. I went with other company
