Scheduling was very easy although it was a number of weeks out for a Saturday appointment. The technician was very friendly and courteous. The total cost was much, much higher than the on-line program estimated. It seemed misleading.
I like the system -- that it doesn't use chemicals, that it cleans well and dries quickly
within a week, the carpet looked dirty again. Whatever the fellow did, it is not long lasting and I am very disappointed. You could try again for free if you are serious about trying to make it right.
He didn't get my sofa clean so I cleaned it with scotch guard cleaner a few days later.
I returned to my rental house and it didn't look like the carpet had been touched. The carpet was still indented with furniture lines. Someone reschedule to come back this week, so maybe it will improve.

The only problem was that the young man doing the work--this was his first job--only trained before us. The man scheduled was sick so he got the job. Wife had to point out so of the areas he was missing.
Your employee arrived and was there promptly and he did a very professional job on my father-in-laws condo. He was vey courteous and friendly.

My cat and I are in a fight about the new litter box I got her. This fight is being taken out on my carpet. The technician was absolutely brilliant in getting the stains and smells out. They were able to go deep into the sub flooring rather than just dusting the top. I am so happy with the results!

The carpet looks great, good job. I was a little surprised when the carpet cleaner said my L shaped hall was large and would require two cleaning fees. So I paid $40 for a hallway that was 1/5 the size of my small family room costing $35.

I got a call 2 days prior to my appointment saying that I would get a phone call at. 1pm on the day of my appointment letting me know what time I could expect them to be here for the job. I didn't get a phone call unti 4 pm telling me he was on his way. I wasted my whole afternoon waiting for the 1pm phone call that never came.
WE RECEIVED THE VERY BEST SERVICE. I WOULD LIKE HIM TO COME THE NEXT TIME WE NEED CARPETS CLEANED. I WOULD GIVE HIM AND A+++ .

Your products and or services are amazing but your best marketing and motivation to use you guys on a third property is your technician Jace Anderson, he came in on his DAY OFF, last thursday worked his BUTT OFF from 8am to like 7pm and made tiles over 15 years old look brand new. Jace is always nice, hard working and I feel like I was his friend when he was done with the job, he is the perfect figure of a good employee for a company such as yours, I only wish I could find employees like him.
