That you don't use shampoo's on my carpet. The service was great. Loved the Young Man doing the job.

Don't be unfriendly at the end because I choose to not have the carpet protectant put on. In my opinion the protectant is way over priced & I already was spending more that I really wanted to. To add it would have almost double my bill. Not very impressed with that at all.
The product cleans better than others we have used and the two men who did the job were fantastic!

The carpets looked great! Very pleased with the service and the technician . My only complaint...I was told he would be to my home by 12:30 and didn't get her till 2:00!! Thank goodness I didn't have anything scheduled for the rest of the afternoon!!
This is why I scheduled with you a second time: My carpets were cleaned quickly and efficiently. My carpets dried quickly and probably most importantly the service was SO friendly and genuinely helpfully BOTH TIMES.
NO chemicals, dried quickly, no crunchy carpet afterwards

Schedule better. The technician was 4-5 hours late so cleaned the carpet while we had dinner guests. Someone called to reschedule but we only had one day we could do it. All the furniture was already moved and we had family coming in town. He did a good job and the carpet looks good but it was inconvenient for us and awkward for our guests.
The men who have serviced our home have been friendly, competent and explained everything before they started. Andrew was the rep who did our carpets this time and he was excellent!
