no perfumy smell
Your equipment seems to be state of the art.
gets the carpet clean. without soap.
I love that it's a chemical free process and that there is literally no residue left behind.
Cleaned basement carpets, left bad smell, came back to treat with a disinfectant, and now the smell is a strong floral smell. Not sure what is in the carpets now.
How quickly it dried.
Information given to us by the cleaner(Rick) about the water, method of cleaning, rakeing. Liked corner protectors, willingness to take suggestions, answered all of questions. Professional and polite. Tested accent rug for colors bleeding before cleaning.
Though I gave good ratings to the gentleman (Fernando?) that cleaned a few days earlier, I leaned by this visit that he did not follow all of the correct procedures. No water demonstration, no corner protectors, no rakeing. Although an accent rug was not tested for color bleeding, it was fine.
The floors were left spotless.

Servicemen were prompt and professional. They were friendly and didn't push the upsales.
This was our first time using your service, it seemed a little like we didn't get all the facts about the charges when I called to schedule, until a little later in the conversation on the phone. It just felt as if we hearing one price and then we were told about a minimum charge and then after we were told about the water disposal fee. I get all the EPA regulations and such, but just let it be known up front when you tell about the minimum charge and such. The technician that did the job was nice to deal with and acted very professionally.

scheduling, however meeds to take the patrons situation into consideration. Not everyone is able to set aside previos comittments to be home in the evening. Comig at 6:00 and leaving at 8:30 interfers at times with patron'searlier comitments.
Greatest technicians ever!
I was not satisfied with the cleaning I recieved or the attempt to charge me for the same extremely overpriced cleaning of one room. I would not recommend Zerorez to anyone. The area cleaned was very small and was not done well at all and I was charged hundreds of dollars. I was shocked when the cleaning technician told me the price for the follow up would be hundreds of dollars again. I have never experienced such poor customer service from a carpet cleaning company.
The carpet looks great. The person who cleaned the carpets was very friendly and made sure that I was pleased with his work.

You ripped me off. Quoted me some number and then when you showed up quoted me $1,000 dollars. Are you kidding me. I can replace my carpets for that. I will never Never do business with Zero REZ again!!!! After negociation still ended up $569.00 never again!
1. Water disposal fee is an issue. 2. Did not have proper tool (small nozzle) to properly do carpet nosings (rolled edges) - said it had been stolen when asked. 3. Didn't do stair nosings or vertices surfaces (risers) - for the price charged for the stairs ( double a room), I would expect proper tools and a more complete job. 4. Your add-ons are too expensive. 5. Tile grout cleaning result was only average - normal grout cleaning products and procedures do a better job.
On the plus side, your guys were thorough in the main rooms and took the time there to try and be sure they had done the best they could. The carpets dried quite quickly and feel clean.
The technician did a thorough job. The carpet, tile and chairs look wonderful! He was courteous and very helpful, and was able to answer our questions to our satisfaction. We will call again for our future carpet cleaning needs. Thank you!
Quick drying and no chemicals
The guys were great, friendly and hard working. They made several suggestions that were helpful. We paid for additional service due to their expertise and recommendations.
The only constructive feedback I have is on the website. It is poorly designed for use with a Mobile phone (smartphone). I tried multiple times to make an appointment/reservation and kept running into problems. I almost looked for another carpet cleaning company as a result. Most consumers use smart phones and may run into similar issues. It might be worth investing some money into developing a mobile phone friendly interface.
