The technician who came out was extremely kind and polite. He explained what he was doing, ways to keep our carpet well cared for, and when it is recommended to be cleaned again. He cleaned our carpet thoroughly. Extremely pleased with Zerorez and would recommend them, as well as use them again in the future.
I like the thoroughness of the cleaning process.
My score dropped from a 10 to a 7 because I did refer you and my friend called and complained to me that she had to have the technician come back. The sad thing is I wasn't surprised because I too almost called to have the technician come back this time but decided to suck it up.
My man was on time and done in hour and 20 minutes. Was helpful very helpful. He seemed to know his carpet cleaning stuff!

My stairs especially look incredible. My room looks good and my upstairs walkway looks good too. I wanted to tell you about that day....my directly across the street neighbors house started on fire shortly after Jarom and Wendy arrived Jarom was still out at the truck working the hoses when the family came running out of the smoke filled home. Jarom immediately went running over with a hose but as soon as the owner reopened the door, they knew they couldn't get in. The house did burn down....total loss. Jarom and Wendy were stuck here for quite a while, as firetrucks and hoses prevented them from leaving our street. I was very impressed with how friendly and kind they both were. It was an overwhelming day for me, seeing my friends loose everything except their lives. Jarom and I kept in touch that day via text, sending pictures etc. I hope they come here again, I will definitely request them.

The Service technician was absolutely unbelievable. She worked harder than I have ever seen a worker within the walls of my home. Her work was efficient, thorough and totally acceptable. The standards she exhibited were of top excellent status. Her attitude regarding increasing my vents to include all of them, was enthusiastic and cheerful. She was just amazing.
Also, your product is the best. So happy with the carpet job that was completed.
Her appointment time of arrival was delayed somewhat, but she continued to keep us informed. You have one terrific and dependable worker to make your company look even better. We hope you are paying her enough to keep her.

You didn't come clean carpets until 7:30 at night with no phone call letting me know you'd be that late! We had to track you down to get answers! We did get the service discounted but I would have rather had my time respected!
I Love the water treatment you use for your water! The carpet dries so quickly! I feel like my carpet is so clean now! It looks clean, smells clean and just feels clean!
Your technician, Angelo, was extremely knowledgable! He showed and explained to me how your water system works. He also told me things about my carpet that I did not know. Angelo made certain that I was happy with the carpeting after he cleaned it. He is very clean cut and curious!

Carpets look so much better! I was going to replace carpets but I will be waiting for awhile to do so. He did and excellent job.
The cleaning of the carpet and the chair was fine. The tile cleaning in the bathroom was altogether another matter. The price I paid was for an experienced adult to clean my tile. The job that was done was more like that of a reluctant adolescent with his magic wonder tool. After he thought he was done he asked me to approve his work about 5 times with more dirt in plain sight. Finally I gave up and told him it was OK.
Used to be a professional cleaner, myself. I cleaned new and used camping trailers, then later cleaned apartments between tenants for minimum wage. My work was said to have added hundreds of dollars of value to those trailers and mobile homes. I'm 70 years old now. I don't have the strength to clean like that anymore.
Part of the kid's problem was that his magic tool didn't fit into corners or behind the toilet. What ever happened to a tooth brush and a bit of elbow grease?
I'd be happy if someone who took pride in their work came out and finished the job.

No soaps or detergents used on my carpet. The technician was prompt, considerate, and did a thorough job.
Joseph the technician was very professional n explained how zerorez cleans the carpets, i was very satisfied n will be using them again.
Brady was the young man who took care of my carpets. He was very knowledgeable about zerorez and how the carpets are cleaned. He checked the carpet fibers to make sure he cleaned them properly. As he worked in the rooms, he would ask for my ok, and he would check to see if there were other things I wanted done. My living room carpet is very light and needed help badly. He worked on it until I was satisfied with the cleaning. He did a great job and my carpet looks better than it has in a long time. Very happy with my first experience with zerorez!!
I like that there is no soap left in the carpets. The suction from the truck is powerful and gets the water out. It didn't take forever to dry. One of my hallways was very dirty and it came out better than I imagined or hoped for.

Communication as to when work will be done. Way too vague and no number to contact.
This was a radio promotion which was $25 per room. Was told I was wrong and $35 per room would be charged. Asked about protectant for one room and a small chair. Was told $30 each. I said that chair was much smaller area and asked him to call office. He was told no changes could be made. Told him about a darker spot in bedroom. Still dirty. He didn't tell me it couldn't be cleaned. Seemed like nice kid just doing what he was told.

Very Expensive to clean pet stains. Technician was great to work with but it was a lot more than I expected to pay. I would recommend for regular cleaning but for pet stain removal I would recommend new carpet. Better guarantee that the smell will really be gone and doesn't cost much more than it cost to clean it.
No chemicals, natural way to clean.
I am a first time customer of Zerorez. The Saturday following my Thursday area rug(s) cleaning, I received an ad offering $35 dollars off carpets. I called your company that day. I asked if any consideration could or would be made for a new customer who just had their area rugs cleaned. Your customer service representative said he would pass the request onto a supervisor who would call me on Monday - 12/08/2014. I received "no" call back, so I called again on Wednesday. Another customer service representative answered. She immediately, stated "no", didn't bother to refer my call to a supervisor, just auto-responded the conditions of the current ad.
As a long-time customer service supervisor, I have witnessed the profitability of customer appreciation as empowered employees make good customer service decisions. Decisions founded in logic and grace. Few people will call for something other than the stated ad. Those who do are, perhaps, a more prudent or conscientious buyer of services and goods. The kind who recognize excellent customer service and employees going the extra mile to create not just satisfied but truly happy customers. Impassioned customers, build brand loyalty followings, like customers of American Express.
I'm disappointed that such a great service doesn't have the training in place which would require a responsible human connection to close the total experience. After all, our world is built on relationships. Someone needed to consider a new customer inquire worth while and deserving of a call back.
