First of all, I must say that Fernando is a real keeper! He was amazing! I don't remember when I've had such incredible customer service! He made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction! Our carpet is 14 years old and has never been cleaned. It's been through 7 children and 2 dogs. I didn't expect it to clean up so well but I am very pleased with the results. I was hoping to get new carpet down the road a bit but mine cleaned up so well, my husband may think twice about getting it for me now! Thanks so much and Have a Merry Merry Christmas!!!

Regan,(technician) was very informative and thorough. Carpets look great. We had the "protectorant" put on all that was done.
The young man who helped me get a stain out of my carpet was named Austin. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. This is the 3rd time a representative had to come out to my house to redo the carpet. Austin knew exactly the right tool to use and he was kind enough to explain it to me. My opinion of the company has drastically improved. Austin is a valuable asset to your company. I hope you give him a good Christmas bonus or a good raise. He is worth keeping.
My carpet is always clean and it stays clean longer with teh Scotch Guard. I wouldn't use any other carpet cleaning company

I like the fact that no cleaners are used - I used to use a home carpet cleaner and it always left residues that felt "crunchy" afterward, and seemed to make the carpet get dirty faster. I look forward to the carpet staying clean longer.
If one of my friends asked for a recommendation, I would say you did a good job and that you were on time and friendly, but I don't see any of my friends asking "who cleaned your carpets".

One of the bedrooms was left smelling like throw up. I am not sure if it was an old stain that was just lifted to the surface or not, but we would like it to be fixed. I have tried to call, but I cannot get through to anyone. I am happy with the rest of the house, but we've had to wash anything that touches the carpet in that room because it has such a horrible smell.

I like that your cleaning service leaves my carpet clean and soft, with no crunchy feel to the carpet. The technician was very careful with my furniture and with the corners of the walls and doorways, so there were no scratches or marks on anything.
Seemed to be very clean and more likely to stay clean.

All other carpet cleaning companies do not have minimum or maximum room sizes - they do distinguish the difference between combined rooms and single rooms, but there are no square feet requirements. When I signed up for carpet cleaning there was noting on the website, then when the technician showed up he informed me of the limitations. I more than likely not be using your service again.

Our serviceman, Dean, was very professional and offered great recommendations for my carpet care. He took his time in cleaning so that it was very thorough and even spent extra care on the high traffic areas.
A corner /guard/protector was overlooked when Dean left, so if someone is in the area and would like to claim it they are welcome to stop by to pick it up.
