The technician was very nice and professional, the carpet looks very good. Our only negative is the plaid chair that was cleaned still has a spot where my wife's head would rest that did not show up until it dried. It is unfortunately right where you look at the top of the chair.

I already sent a Zerorez Feedback but I am more than happy to do it again! I was very impressed with the results of our carpet cleaning. We have had this carpet close to 14 years and it has been through 7 children and 2 dogs and never been professionally cleaned. So my expectations were not very high. We found out my husband was allergic to dogs, so we had to send ours away and get the carpet cleaned to see if that would help him feel better. The carpet looked great! Fernando is fantastic! You really scored when you hired him! I can't remember when I have had such awesome customer service! He made sure that I was completely satisfied with the job he had completed and I was!

Prices in Utah are too high compared to Texas etc

Alex was great but you've become too expensive, even with the special. I live in a small rambler and we did 5 small rooms (without main furniture remove), a hallway and set of stairs. Added 3 area rugs and protectant in one room. $375 for about 2.5 hours of carpet cleaning. Last time it was around $270 and I think we actually had more done.

Love your system but I need to try the competition.

After the carpet dried the stains were visible again.

I love that everything comes out so clean. I also thought the cleaners who came were very professional and friendly. They did a fantastic job. I have had Zerorez here before and loved it so much that I won't call anyone else to clean my tile or my couches. The sofa is still perfectly clean from last year. AMAZING!

The technician was very professional and very helpful. He worked really hard and did a good job. He was also very kind and pleasant.

Your guys were extremely professional and I was impressed with their work ethic and desire to help me understand the process. I appreciated that they placed corner protectors on the walls to protect them from the hose. At the end of the day I felt that the cleaning job - the actual cleanliness of the carpet - was no better or worse than the competitors and at about $100 more. I am thinking that time will tell on the zero residue thing. I will possibly use your company again.

the technician did an excellent job but the price was misquoted and not disclosed until after the job was started.

Those who schedule the appointments did not allow for new people who were of course slower than the experienced workers. We were delayed two separate times so I had to wait all afternoon two days before the workers finally came. The workers that finally came to our house were sent here last minute but did a great job. They were proficient, professional and friendly.
