I've never had professional carpet cleaners before so I wasn't sure what to ask or expect. I thought it would look cleaner and that more of the spots would come out. I guess because I've never been through the process before my expectations were higher. I told the young man i hadn't ever used a pro before so maybe that was a clue i might need more info. The carpet was damp longer than i expected and in some areas crunchy when dry. So were my expectations too high? I was going to email with some questions but have been too busy the days right after it was cleaned. I guess if i had other experiences i would have something to compare it with.
Non toxic and I like how your product get the left over residue out

The carpets are clean and dry quickly - morning clean, night dry. Other cleaners have left the carpets very wet and it took up to 2 full days to dry using fans.

I appreciate the respect shown to our home - the shoe covers that are removed when the technician exits the home and put back on when he returns to go inside. It is wonderful to see the guards which prevent marring of the corners by the hose, and we find that our carpets stay clean when the work is completed much longer than any other company we have used. We tell everyone about ZeroRes! Keep up the great work.
I like the fact that there are no detergents and it seems to have cleaned our carpets very well.

your ads said that the carpet would be dry right away and wouldn't feel crunchy. It took a good 16 hours to feel dry, and longer in some areas. and feels crunchy. So. Not that it is a bad thing. It looks great. But I felt mislead.
I love online scheduling, the carpets come clean and stay clean. The service is great and the whole process is fast and doesn't disrupt my day.

Be sure to call the customer within an hour of the technician arriving. We did not receive a call as to when a tech was going to arrive. Luckily, we left a little later for another appointment, and we were still home when he arrived. I think his name was Zack.

I have a small house - the rooms are all about 10x10. As much as I appreciate your work, I was disappointed that I would have to pay just as much to have my little house's carpets cleaned as I would if my house were twice as large.
