Austin did an extra good job as he cleaned my whole upstairs. He was friendly and courteous, asking me to checke each room as he finished. I have used Zeroez since we moved into this house. We have used no other service and will continue to use Zerorez in he future.

quoted on a special 159.00 when the tech got there 500.00 cleaned one long strip of carpet for 150 bucks. right before christmas so i needed it done. otherwise so so service
My carpets are clean. It did take over 30 hours to dry though.

There were a lot of stains that came out.
How you clean and with what you clean.
It's green; I feel confident that my children can play on the surfaces without any harmful chemicals. The technicians are thorough, and everything comes out looking really clean. I've used Zerorez three times to clean my sectional, and I'm confident they'll do a great job and the couch will look clean and good as new.
Perhaps you're already doing this, but running more specials throughout the year would be great. Other than that, I've always preferred Zerorez to clean my floors and carpets.
Came on time, price was good. Carpets are old and quite dirty. Did not get as clean as I had hoped. Probably not the fault of Zerorez. I will be calling them back in the future.
We had the most positive experience with Zerorez. We bought an older home and the carpets were good quality but very very dirty. We called Zerorez and the expert came and make a miracle happen. Alex was the technician that came and cleaned for us. He is awesome. He did a great job for us. He was deliberate and careful to get it all done in a professional way. We will recommend him and Zerorez to all of our family and friends.
When I initially contacted Zerorez for an estimate - I was told it would be approximately $150. Imagine my surprise when your employee showed up, measured and then told me it would be $240! We weren't in a position to do this financially and had to end up not getting our downstairs family room done because of the cost. If I had known the price difference was going to be that great I would have gone with a different company entirely.
When are carpet was finished Tuesday there were big streaks in the carpet. We assumed the carpet looked this way because it was wet. Wednesday the carpet was dry and decided to see if the marks would vacuum out. They did not. Today (January 1st) I am writing this review, "a little on the fence". If Zeroez fixes the problem quickly and efficiently I probably won't have too much concern over the issue. If this becomes a hassle and I can't get it resolved this could quickly become a very frustrating experience.
