The technician, Austin was svery polite and competent. We had two places where some duct tape had been used to hold down a cord that he was not able to clean. We will have to try some home solutions and hope that we don't mess up an otheerwise good job.

Due to a home business, we have a lot of traffic in and out of our home, so the main areas get quite soiled. I was very pleased with the outcome of our recent cleaning.

The technician who came to clean the carpets was so pleasant and did an excellent job on some truely tough stains. We will definitely be calling Zerorez again!

My carpet looked great when the cleaners left but the next day some dirty areas started to show. Maybe the areas should have been worked on more?

I have already submitted my concerns to your facebook page which I noticed my review was conveniently deleted, the better business bureau, and with KSL reviews of your company. To say my experience was horrible would be a gross understatement.

This is the first time that I have used Zerorez. Your technician was very friendly and explained to me just how your process worked. He also made some very good recommendations as to how I could use various services that you provide.

I love how good the product smells when it's sprayed on the carpets.
I've used Zerorez every time I've had my carpets cleaned since we built our new home.
This week, after being in our home for 8 years, zerorez made the carpets look like new again!
Alex was the one who cleaned ours and he was friendly, professional, courteous, and worked long and hard to make our carpets look so great.

I have had trouble in the past with companies that use soaps and detergents. So I love that you company doesn't use any. I love the fast dry time. My technician was punctual, friendly, knowlegable, and did a fantastic job! Thanks, Andrew! I love this company!

What do you like about our products and services?

I appreciate my carpets are clean when you finish and they stay clean. Zero-Rez is the perfect name to your clam of clean carpets. The technition always does more than I expected.
