We have used Zerorez annually for a number of years and still happy with the service.

Zerorez cleaned my off white carpets in my Utah rental property completely. It looks fantastic even weeks later. The carpet was filthy with black food and grime spots covering the majority of the family room. All gone!! Other system or companies I have used in the past showed signs of spots reappearing within a few weeks. Not Zerorez. I recommend Zerorez to everyone now. Happy in my Utah rental and at home in Las Vegas!

Zerorez is easy to schedule. The technician appeared on the date and time scheduled, and completed the cleaning within a 2 hour time frame. He was very helpful, and even went over an area to respray to remove odors.

All three bathrooms tile and grout were not cleaned to satisfaction for the money. The basement was fine given the circumstances but the two bathrooms upstairs were no better post cleaning. I wouldn’t pay to have the tile and grout cleaned in the future based off results.

First guy said he ran out of solution so he’s not able to clean it sufficiently the second guy that came. We did a few areas, but there was a place down the hall and I sent a picture of that still dark. It probably just needed to be redone a little bit better because the areas he redid are quite a bit better than the first time, so the first guy just did not do a good job.

Friendly, carpet clean and dries fast

The technician was great at communicating and let me know when he was arriving. He explained the process and how long it would take. When the job was complete and had me look at the rooms and see if I had any questions.

We were told we'd get a phone call 30 minutes before the technician arrived. We didn't, and Andrew told us he didn't have our phone number - the dispatcher was supposed to call us. Other than that, Andrew did a great job, and we were completely satisfied.

The workers were polite, clean, cut, efficient, very pleasant, and informed me of what they were going to do before they started. Was very impressed with all aspects of their work.
