I have reddish areas that weren’t there before. They were areas treated with urine treatment. Plus, there were other areas that were so wet that the water came up around my toes. My first experience was awesome. This time around not so much.

Mid information on the 30 day guarantee... was lead to believe it included the pet smell that I paid extra for. Had to be very persistent to get it taken care of as finally did through text and phone call. Then when the tech arrived to do it free of charge as I had been told), he knew nothing about it being free.... finally got it resolved . Waste of my time and very frustrating. The tech was very good.... just had not been informed.... need a better system for that communication.

The technician must have drug the hose on the wet carpet and now that it Is dry there is a very long streak across the width of the carpet. I have been a long time customer for many years and am very disappointed with this cleaning.

Treatment did not work. I had to get Chemdry to come finish the job. Don’t do pet clean up if you can’t actually do it.

I had my floor tiles cleaned in my huge kitchen, entry way and 2 bathrooms as well as the bathtub tile in one bathroom. They would not touch the other bathtub tile because of the mold on it. It seemed like the team did a really good job on the floors as my kitchen tile and grout was really dirty. So for the most part it looks 100% better that before they started. BUT there was lots of water left on the tile that I had to wipe up with a towel after they left even though they used a little towel to wipe up some of the water it just left little pieces of lint everywhere. As I was using my own towel I discovered that they had done a poor job cleaning under the cabinet overhangs, infront of the refrigerator, stove and dishwasher and near the door that goes into the garage from the kitchen. So if they could clean some areas good why were the other areas left so dirty near the baseboards and overhangs? Do they not have equipment that goes under the cabinet overhangs or to get close enough to the wall. My daughter came to help and has some equipment that was able to clean my bathroom tub tiles and they look like new. She looked at my other bathroom tub tiles that Zerorez had cleaned and was super upset at what a poor job had been done. And she went around and cleaned the areas next to the baseboards and under the cabinet overhangs to look like the rest of the tile. So I felt that if I didn't tell you what my issues were with the service I received I would be giving an incorrect review. 5 years ago when ZeroRez cleaned my tile floors they looked so wonderful afterwards and I was so pleased with the service. But this time I think they missed the finishing touches that they overlooked around the edges. For the most part my tile and grout is really clean and almost looks new again as they could tell from what the tile looked like previously because there had been throw rugs on those areas always. So all of that makes me happy. So maybe your service people need to be instructed in how to do the finishing touches that really make a difference in a review. Thank you
