The worker that leaned the carpet was amazing! I was told on the phone to put our area rug outside on cement because it couldn’t be cleaned on a wood floor. So with help we put it outside! It just so happens that it rained and soaked the carpet so it couldn’t be cleaned according to our cleaner so he suggested that I call the office and have someone stop by and clean it! I called the office today and was told no one could show up until Monday! That is too late; it may rain again and we’re expecting over 20 people here this weekend who will be parking on in this area! It is very inconvenient that we have to figure out how to get the dirty carpet back into the house again! I don’t consider this situation something that I would recommend to anyone!!!!!!!
We were finishing up a project in the backroom and asked them to start downstairs. They pushed to start in that very room where we were working and ended downstairs (opposite of our request). They also said that because we had lots of pet smell/stains that the work wouldn't be guaranteed unless we spent extra money to treat these stains. We started with a $311 quote and ended with a bill of over $900 for a couple of hours of work because they said each square foot they would treat for pets would be $75/gallon, which is hard to believe that a square foot could take 1 gallon of treatment. We have always loved Zerorez and used them extensively in California. This experience was kind of shocking.

The service was VERY expensive. I was expecting to pay about $200-300 and the final cost was over $800. I'm not sure if the final "product" was worth the cost yet because the carpets are not dry.

They do the job in a thorough and timely manner and the employee that did mine was very friendly and explained in detail what he needed to do. He removed a stain I thought would be impossible.
Techs called in advance and came within time frame slotted. Guys were super polite and worked hard. They got all the dirt and stains out, did a great job...carpets look like new again!! Thank you!!

Friendly workers, clean carpets.
The technician who came to my house was great. He was very considerate and knowledgeable about the types of carpets and various zerorez offers and methods of cleaning. He was a very hardworker and was willing to move several pieces of furniture that were too big for me to move. There were a couple of places that did not come completely clean and when I asked him about them he offered to bring all his equipment back in the house and go over them again. I am completely convinced that he performed exactly as he has been trained to do. Thus I do not want what I say below to reflect on Drew, the technician, at all.
When I sprayed the spots that didn't come clean with my own carpet cleaner and used some elbow grease on them, they came out. I am almost 80 years old, which is why I have chosen to use a professional instead of my 25 year old carpet cleaning machine. I think when I pay for a professional to clean my carpets, if I can get something out, you should be able to get it out.
Reasonably priced, good service with minimal up selling, great communication via text, carpets look great!

Had a small problem with our electricity after they were finished. We are not sure if the equipment the carpet technicians used was plugged into our electricity or not?
A GFI completely blew and knocked out our kitchen power including our stove. Had to have an electrician come fix it. Maybe the timing was a coincidence?

The technicians were knowledgeable, fast and were able to get the stains out of our carpet.
We had some stains but the biggest problem was the smell after a month of a sick cat. The smell is better but has not gone away. It was treated with 4 units on top of the regular cleaning.

Service was easy to book, crew was on time and efficient. Very satisfied with quality of cleaning. I was disappointed, however, that the workers did not automatically wear masks or offer to do so while in our home. Given low vaccination rates in Utah and increasing community spread of covid, I feel this is still a minimum benchmark of professionalism at this time.
