Mail coupons, earlier experience
Service was great but the carpets took 24+ hours to dry. We were told 6-8 hours abs at the 8 hour mark they were very wet still.
Zerorez did a great job cleaning my carpets, however they made a mistake with my appointment time. They were to come on a Wednesday, as I had noted in my planner, and I spent a couple of hours preparing for them. When they didn't come, I called and was told that my appointment was on Saturday! This was not correct, as they later admitted after checking their phone logs. They did end up coming in Saturday and they gave me a 15% discount. I liked their work and how clean my carpets were - but, when people have asked me about Zerorez, after telling them that I like their cleaning work, I have to warn them about possible appointment errors.

In the past 5 years since we have used zerorez he by far hands down the best tech we have had. In the past the carpets and sofas have been left saturated and took hors to dry,McKay took the time to remove the majority of the water and things were good to go within a hour. McKay took the time to do a fantastic job, he also takes pride in his work.

I was not pressured into an upsell. Appointment time confirmed multiple times and they showed up on time. Service technician was professional and friendly. He did an excellent job. Price was affordable.
Price. Previous times it has only cost approx $300. This time I requested the pet treatment and it took the overall cost before tax etc to $888. I was really shocked. Technician was great but I did see a couple of light stains in carpet afterwards that I was able to remove with vinegar.
Hi, I really like using zero rez. This time though my hallway wall was damaged. Not so fun.
