My carpet is still dirty, doesn't look good at all, I didn't see any pre treatment applied and no brushes were used either as advertised and I was told on the phone while making my appointment,
I would like a more experience tech or 2 to come out and redo the areas that are still badly stained, i hope we can get this done better as I know Zerorez has a great reputation.

The young man seemed like he wass interested in cleaning the rug rather than dust doing A B and C then saying that it was done but he did leave a spor or two that could have used more work.
Very nice young man and a pleasure for us to have him in our home. With some more training and some educated determination he could do a really great job.
Get the carpet cleaned the first time. That way you don’t have to come back for a reclining.

Zerorez was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly professional and patient when working with me and verifying everything. They did an amazing job cleaning our rugs and carpet and everything looks better than new! I would recommend them to anyone.

After the tech. left I noticed that he had dripped water on the wood next to the stairs and did not clean it up. The wood is now water stained. He also left a mess of water on the tile coming into the house.

This is the best cleaner. They are professional. Try very hard to work around us working and do a fantastic job. I love how the clean lasts as things don't deposit on the freshly washed carpet.
