I rented my house and the carpets were filthy. I thought I would have to get a new carpeting but they came out so clean they look brand new. The representative was hard-working, went the extra mile, and very professional.
Initially the price change. I feel that could have been communicated before they technician came out and it would have resolved that.
I also went back to my home the next day and my carpet is ruined. I reported to the customer service and have not heard back from the manager.
I really felt comfortable with them. They were very professional and nice!
We wanted another recliner cleaned and he could not do it. This was after we declined him to clean a floor rug. He was very nice young man. Maybe a little busy. Will still have you come back.
Carpets looked exactly the same. They are coming back on Tuesday so we will see if it helps. The rug they did looked great, however, the couches and carpets were not.
Dane was amazing…so friendly and helpful. The carpets looked great and we appreciated the communication about arrival. We live using Zerorez!
The grout in our kitchen was only slightly cleaned...most of the "cleaned" area were underneath rugs so it was already clean there. We had to mop the tile again as there were so many streaks and "tennis" shoe marks left by the cleaner. The carpet area was so extremely wet that is didn't dry til the next day. I was under the impression that zero rez left the carpet drier and would be completely dry in just over an hour. We did not see the benefits to our floors as we had expected from such a highly touted company as yours. I'm thinking the tech was maybe just inexperienced as he stated that he had only been working for you for 4 weeks. We were very disappointed with the whole experience and don't know of any way it can be corrected. We do not want to have someone can and "try" again.
As advertised, my carpets are clean and free from any residue. Zerorez technicians were careful and efficient in our recent service.
How I was disappointed: Was not told in advance that wool carpet would be twice the price. Shower stall cleaning wasn’t any better than I could do myself. Bathroom floor tile cleaning wasn’t any better than I can do myself. Cleaner insisted that shower was natural stone, it is not, it is ceramic tile. Stairs were cleaned well. Carpet in bedroom was cleaned ok. When job was finished I remarked about hard water deposits in shower and he said he had worked on them. Then I felt pressured to accept the invoice and pay because he couldn’t go to his next job until the charge went through. It wasn’t a horrible job but it wasn’t first class either!
How can you make things right? You can’t. I accepted the job and paid for it. I just won’t use your services again.

Well where do I start first off we were told that your techs would call 30 minutes before getting here. That did not happen so we told your guys we needed to still move 2 items...all that did was go in.one ear and out the other. The. Cost was dbl the amount we had been quoted not real happy about that.They did not do the carpet in the living room in front of the window and there was spots through out and to.top it out the carpetlooked cleaner when it was wet .and after all that crap it's still just as dirty. It's pretty bad when my Rainbow pulls that much out after it so called cleaning. Quite frankly we feel like we got took for 312.00 and so with that being said you can pretty much bet we will never use your company again. And just to show you how dirty it still is here are a couple of pics of the dirt still being vacumed up and it been 6 days this is unexceptable in our minds.

When we moved into our house, there was something wrong with the Zerorez truck and the carpets were left soaking wet. They provided fans to help dry the carpet before we moved in, so I had a pretty neutral opinion. After hearing from friends that had great experiences with Zerorez, I decided to give them a second chance.
Big mistake.
The carpets look like they did before they came. Whatever they did didn’t appear to have touched the dirt in the traffic areas (that I specifically pointed out to the tech) at all. The carpets downstairs are so wet that I ended up going to Home Depot to rent some carpet fans. What a freaking waste of money!!
To add insult to injury, their truck left a big oil spot on my driveway.
2 strikes, Zerorez, and you’re out. Never again.
I feel the carpets get VERY clean and Ben did a super job. He is very personable; worked quickly to help my time schedule.

The tech. Really listened to my concerns about areas that needed special care. He worked very hard on making the carpet clean over all and spent extra focused on the problem areas. I was very very pleased with the job he did.
Quick and efficient service. Great communication before and during the appointment. The quote was right where I expected it to be and didn’t change fir the appointment.
Did not like technician. I was given one quote but it ended up costing three times that amount. I asked him to wear a mask and he complained about it.

My carpet was cleaned less than a week ago and looks like it was never cleaned. There is also browning. The technician was nice and professional and was very thorough. It must be the cleaning process and possibly too much chemical.
