Matthew did a great job cleaning our rugs and carpet. They look new again. But, What I appreciated most was his positive attitude and friendly demeanor. I can tell he really likes his job and enjoys working with people. You are lucky to have him as an employee.

I guess it depends on the employee's you send. Some are very conscientious and some just want to get the job done and leave.
Technician was here earlier than we expected, carpets look great, reasonably priced.

Our cleaning person was on time and very good at cleaning the areas asked, did give us some feedback on areas that my need attention soon. but was just vey kind in his time cleaning our carpets and was very efficent in the time it took him. Would use Zerorez again.

I don't like how you add so much money for every stair. You were offering a $109 / 3 room special. I knew I had more than 3 rooms but my fee was nearly $400. That happens every time. I might look around next time for a better deal.

Efficient and does a good job
I had my carpet cleaned by Zerorez the first of October. I had a spill on my carpet I told the technician what it was. When it dried it was still there. I called Zerorez they said they would have someone come out and reclean it. The technician came she recleaned the floor. The spill is now gone.

I did NOT like being asked to give a tip! Just pay your people more and add on to the cost.
Put bumpers on the corners so that the hose does not rub, mop up excess water, just some initial thoughts.
