I love that zerorez doesn’t use soap, allowing my carpets to stay clean longer.
They also give great customer service. I had a cleaning recently where there was an equipment failure. So when things dried I wasn’t happy and they completely cleaned everything again at the first opening. They went out of their way to make sure I was pleased.
I have used them for years and never had a complaint before. I would never use anyone else!

This is my first "try" with a new company for steam cleaning of carpets and thought I would go with the best. Well, The carpets looked great and still do, but there is a few spots after it dried that I am alittle dissapointed with. So, I am pleased but not 100%. I dont think there is anything you can do, but just wanted to let you know. It still looks pretty good.

After the first cleaning, I was disappointed. My carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned or was just getting old. The young man was whipping the hoses around the corners and his guards came off so I would follow him to preserve my wall corners. The carpet took 4-5 days to dry--it was so wet. (In his defense, he was having problems with the machine but his frustration was taken out on my carpet and walls.) I was done with Zerorez!!! Then, I tried to spot-clean the carpet myself and found that the carpet was still dirty! Zerorez offered to return, and the second young man made my carpet look new again! He was wonderful to work with and went the second mile to do a good job. WOW...he carefully laid the long hose and didn't jerk it around. Within 24 hours, every carpet he cleaned was dry. I gave him a well-deserved tip and now I will invite Zerorez back. It was very wise to offer to redo my carpets--THANK YOU!!!

The technician was thorough and courteous. He did a great job cleaning, and everything turned out even better than expected.
The "10" was for the guy who actually did the chair cleaning. He was great - friendly and efficient.
But for everything else that I went thru to actually get these chairs cleaned I would give it a "7" at best. 1st scheduled day the guy showed up and didn't have the correct equip to just do chairs. I indicated chairs, not carpets many times - verbally and in emails. so had to wait another week + for an appointment. Every reminder call I got someone referred to prepping for our carpets to be cleaned and I would correct them. Made me feel like nobody knew what was going on or didn't take the time to read all the information for my job.
The carpet is crunchy now, I understand some of the stains can’t come out, such as slime or bleach BUT high traffic areas look actually worse.
I don't have any issue with your cleaning. I do have issues with the $25 service fee. It's not that your service isn't worth the extra $25; it's just that I look closely at your advertising, and I never see it mentioned until I go to make an appointment. I asked what the fee was for and was told that it is for "leaving the trucks on during the cleaning and driving to the home as well as for the waste that we have to dump out everyday with a special drain that is built and cleaned out monthly which is what we pay so it gets disposed of properly". I have never had this happen with any other carpet cleaning service.
I owned a photofinishing company for 30 years and we NEVER charged a customer to leave our machines running nor for taking care of the chemicals that we put down the drain. I don't think we could have gotten away with doing that. It's a clever idea to have the customer evaluate whether to use your service and if it is what the customer wants to pay and then add an additional amount after he/she has already decided to use ZeroRez (without knowledge of an additional fee).

The results were great and Matthew was very polite. He did a great job explaining the process and was able to remove the pet stains successfully.

Very pleased with the product and the technician, Jack Miller. He was polite, courteous and efficient.
None of the informative calls about the appointment that were said would occur did. Tech tried to reschedule appointment after we waited all day and was put out when I said we couldn't. When he finally arrived, he tried to rush through the appointment and when concerns were expressed he got defensive. It was obvious he just wanted to leave as soon as he could and just half assed the job done. We didn't get the great experience that's always advertised. Lesson learned. Very poor experience and will be shared (already have on Google) with friends and family. Very disappointing overall.

The carpets look the same after the cleaning as it was before. We just had wet carpet. You’ve lost our business. Refund would be appropriate.
Nice guys but too much in a hurry. We had to clean the large spot in the middle of the living room after they left, which we did just fine. Other areas near couches didn’t get done very well. Thanks anyway—no need to follow up.

I explained to the tech who cleaned our carpets my concerns and he spent extra time on those areas.

Misrepresentation of the fees. I called up for the promotion, which was $I09 for three rooms and a hallway, plus a $25 service fee. I ended up being charged $314. I should have cancelled the service. I would like my money in excess of the promotion, refunded--$180. Thank you.
