I thought everything was great from communicating follow up to retreating areas of concern. I was surprised that the areas didn’t clean the first time around, it’s brand new carpet so maybe they just needed a little extra attention the first go around? But it all looks great now. Tech was awesome and everyone was so friendly and fast. Thank you so much!
We received such incredible service! I loved how nice our carpets and couch looked and how good our home smelled after! I love the cleaning products and that there are not harmful chemicals. The technicians were knowledgeable and gave us such great service! I highly recommend Zerorez

The team did a thorough job cleaning three carpets and one rug, especially my Berber carpet in the master bedroom which was a dull shade of brown from dirt and grim and became sparkling white. Zerorez is always reliable and professional.

Our carpet looks great after being cleaned yesterday. The technician did a fabulous job. He worked hard to do the job to our satisfaction. We will continue to use Zerorez and hope the same young man can do the job.

My carpet was embarrassingly dirty. I have used Zerorez in the past and they did a great job. They did another great job. I'm not so embarrassed to have people come over any more. My appointment was between 11 and 4. Luckily they came around noon, there were 2 of them. They were in and out in about 1/2 and hour. Loved it. I plan on cleaning my carpets once a year now and I will always use Zerorez.
Your service rep did a great job and was very efficient and friendly. This is the first time I have used your service.
1)First team never communicated they were leaving, Jason and Jace (?). I thought they were moving their truck or went to lunch. No, they bailed because I wouldn't sign a random screen on their phone as our company's security clearance team says not to do that. If they had said that was a deal breaker, would have offered what I did to get the second guy to come,. Jane (?) emailed me the waiver, I printed it, and gave Ryder a signed hard copy. So I did the problem solving, nut J&J didn't give me a chance.
*******2)They dripped something on my foyer jute rug, felt it when they were here with the hose running upstairs, a spot was wet. Thought it was water, went and put hotel pan under the black joint on the blue hose TO PREVENT MORE DRIPS, although don't know if that was the source. Well it finally dried the next day and left a stain on my rug. NOT HAPPY, trying to clean up here, not make more messes************************************************************

3) the coupon I tried to use "wasn't valid for rugs, only carpet". I am not the only one who reserved your service to be disappointed-4 times the price estimate on your website was the quote given me after arrival.
Please put a disclaimer on your coupons,
4)Jace and Jason showed up with booties. No gloves, no masks. "Oh do you want us to wear masks? They are in the truck". I had been very clear about protecting the 96 year old lady I caretake when making the reservation. Was reassured that all your staff wore PPE and cleaned the machine(s) between clients.
Perhaps you could stop saying you are Covid compliant or make your staff follow your rules.
5) And the cherry on top-$15 "water treatment charge". NO warning or notice.
This should have been disclosed BEFORE starting.
6) One wool rug looks better after Zerorez visit, and he got out the stain I showed him. Ryder was super nice, hard worker, stayed on task and communicated well. And the first team showed up early, which was very nice because the call center alerted me and it was convenient.
7) It is politer to use SEND instead of SUBMIT. Internet courtesy.
The technician is good kid. However he needs to learn a couple things:
1- The first thing he does when he walks in is start to put disclaimers on the carpet. Thats his out for not getting the reasonable job done correctly.
2- He lets it be known that he has been doing this for 3 years he has it down to a science.
3- He also said when he was done that this job would typically take him on 20-30 minutes and
(I) meaning him took 1 hour. So it got the extra care.
4-Not 1 professional company has NEVER done it in less than 1 hour or more. Oh My!!!
Then to top it off when he left, I found 3 spots which will take some work. I water spot immediately surfaced so (I) got my carpet cleaner out and in 3 minutes i had it out with Vinegar and water. And it has not come back.
5- At my entry way at my front door, as he was leaving i mentioned that your suction pulled the carpet off the tack strip. He simply said you can call the office. WOW. Customer Service.
6- With him watching i took care of that myself.
7- MY ASSUMPTION: is he might be paid by the job. Quick in and Quick out is money in the bank.
8- Again GOOD KID BUT COMES OFF COCKY.
Great service
I have a full-size carpet cleaner and a handheld. Shortly after your visit, I ran my handheld in the least traffic room in my home-my daughter’s room. She moved out a couple years ago. The handheld picked up disgusting brown water from her carpet. I don’t expect perfection, but I also don’t expect brown water a day after your visit. Unacceptable.
I love that Zerorez does not leave a residue in my rugs to attract dirt.
Very courteous and I like the fact that they don't use chemicals.
Employee drained cleaning tool when walking across front lawn and now have line of dead grass stretching from front porch to sidewalk and across blvd. wasn’t sure what happened until watch video on ring camera. Need to be more careful when putting equipment back in van. Carpet cleaning was great.
The technician was courteous and he did a great job! Our carpets dried quickly and look great!
I was told you would be at my home between 8-11. The technician didn’t get here till 12:30. It would have been nice to know more than 15 minutes before. I had multiple errands I had put off to be sure I was home. When I called at 11 to see if someone was even coming, after waiting 10 minutes just to have my call answered, the phone person was rather flippant and rude.
I have used zerorez many times and have received great service. This time was very marginal. I can say that when my technician arrived, he was polite and professional. He also told me his order said between10-12. It would have been nice to know! Just as you are busy, your customers are as well.
I liked the fresh orange scent of the pretreatment. The stains in my basement carpet all came out and the carpets didn’t feel crunchy when they were dry. The technician was friendly, courteous and did a thorough job. I will use you again.
