I have used their services since they first began serving Provo area because the carpets were obviously cleaned better than the many truck mounted companies we’d used previously. And the applied protectant has saved us on multiple stains from grandchildren mistakes!

Y’all were able to fit me into a slot I didn’t think was available. Your tech, Max, was: on time, walked the site, verified what I wanted, checked with his black light and reassured me that he could do more, but didn’t think it was necessary. He kept me informed with each step, he finished in a timely manner and was even willing to ask management if there were any discounts I was eligible for. Which is how I found out that they do offer a military discount.

I paid for the pet treatment in my front room as I had a cat who had been ill and had; had some accidents. The smell is still there. There are weird discolorations on a different part of the room that wasn't there before. When I went to manually clean up the spot the rag came away dirty. Which I was annoyed with because when all was said and done I paid $278 for clean floors and an extra treatment. That is supposed to keep the carpet nicer longer.

The technician was very nice. But my front room is still not what I would consider clean. I have used you before in the past, after my sewer backed up, and never had this problem before. The carpet has remained damp way longer than before. I am sure that the humidity has been a factor there. My real concern is the still remaining and present sent of pet and the wired discoloration going on.

I would like my front room carpet cleaned without me trying to go through after and get spots of trouble out. That's why I paid you all.
