Genesis was awesome to work with. He did great work and was easy to talk to. He explained the process and told me areas he focused on and things he saw. Overall I’m very happy.
I had a redo, inconvenient but much better job! I’d not rush the process and methodically do the pre treatment, remove all equipment, then us the brushes, remove the equipment, then finish with the steam clean extraction, you guys rush and it makes the customer nervous, :)
