A whole section of the landing was not cleaned. The employee kept trying to nickel and dime me after your prices have gone up dramatically since the last year. I'm going to have to call and have someone come back out to finish the two feet he didn't clean. What a pain.
It really is the perfect carpet cleaning. The carpet stays cleaner way way longer since it doesn't leave any soap residue on the carpet. I refuse to use anyone else because I have seen how long the carpet lasts vs any budget cleaner.

I would have liked my carpet cleaned more thoroughly. I feel that when he was spraying the carpet it was just randomly. It should have been more and he should have gone over the carpet with the cleaning vacuum more then just once. I still can pull up dirt from the carpet.
It would have been nice to know that spot treatment was extra and how much. The cost was OK for me, but others might find it a problem.
