Promptness, pre-arrival phone call; complete transparency about the cost of the total job before and during the carpet cleaning due to changes in plan; technician even stayed to clean the tile where a little water and dirt had accumulated. I had lots of pet urine in my carpets, and he was told the job was going to take only an hour, but it turned out to be 4 hrs. He was pleasant and did not complain at all, and stated he wanted to do the job right. Did lots of educating regarding pet urine acidity and alkalinity and the products that are used for this condition, and how they apply/expunge the urine as deep as in the pad. Need to be on time or at least close to on time. Technician showed up 4 hrs after the designated time. When you take time off work you expect to only miss a short time---end up missing the whole day.
Beginning of story: When I scheduled our appointment I fully expected to be told by the technician that our large master bedroom and walk-in closet were a lost cause. We had numerous large, ugly residue spots from both retail carpet cleaning and pet stain/odor removal products. My husband even mentioned to our technician, Rees, that we were prepared to replace the carpet if needed.
Middle of story: Rees was punctual, professional, extremely courteous and explained the process very well. He got to work quickly and finished our master bedroom and closet, office and two staircases in an hour. A huge added bonus was that the cost was easily half of what I expected and was prepared to pay!
End of story: When Rees invited me to come look at our bedroom carpet I thought I was going to cry. Not only were the residue spots gone, the carpet was beautiful! I'm still mildly shocked every time I walk into the bedroom at how amazing it looks! Our office and stairway carpets look equally amazing!
Epilogue: Thank you Zerorez and Rees, you have a new lifetime customer!
The 2 men that came to our house were very professional. They were polite and shook our hands and told us what they were going to do and the likelihood of the stains coming out of our carpet. They did an excellent job and the carpets looked great!

There are some areas of my carpet that just don't come completely clean. I don't think it is your fault. The carpet is over 12 years old and may not be perfectly cleanable. The workman was very polite and efficient in his work.

It is working so much better than the last company I used. Also, the man who cleaned our carpets did an outstanding job.
I felt like, in his effort to be a good salesman, that our technician over-did it. I expected to pay somewhere around $200 but the price just kept going up with all of the upgrades he was selling. I expected not to have to pay for pet stains and assumed that it would be included. Maybe I am just naueve (sp) but I ended up paying a lot more than I expected. I felt as though if I did"nt buy the extras that I would not be getting a good job.
Johnah was awesome. They were really really late arriving but really did a spectacular job on our carpet!

Not as clean the first time, appointment was way too late in the day for it to dry in time for us to return items to the cleaned carpet, and not a very accurate arrival time. They came a second time, without arguing, which was VERY much appreciated. But the estimated arrival time was even worse. Makes it hard to plan your day.
