I made an appointment and you came 2 days later. The young lady on the phone had terrible phone skills and kept apologizing but had no solutions. I had people move things for 2 days and when I want told not Friday but Monday.. Are you kidding me, when had everything moved, paid a sitter to wait for them for 6 hours before they called to tell us Monday would be better for them...

The system you use to clean makes sense. You don't use detergents that will collect dirt later.

I liked that they honored their 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Their first technician did a lousy job. He literally didn't clean the carpets. My carpet was still dirty after he finished. So, i called them back and the next technician that came out did the job as it should have been done the first time. The carpets looked great and were very clean after he was finished.

We are very happy with the service and with the technician, but with one small request. We asked him to clean under the bathroom door that leads in from the living room. It is not visible unless the door is open, so we pointed this out to him before he began. Other than that the service was very good.

Left a stain and carpet took over 12 hours to dry.

No residue

Stains have already reappeared less than 24 hours after cleaning unfortunately. Not sure re-cleaning would make a difference...

Explain to me why a person is charged for a "whole house" protectant when only three rooms, one hallway and one set of stairs (six total) are involved. It's way too much.
