The first time they came out they didn't even clean the carpets at all and then the second time they came out they did a good job but I was disgusted and disappointed and I really should have been offered Something Free like I don't know stairs or another carpet cleaning later on it just was very disappointing but the second time they came out they did a good job

I like the idea of no chemicals or soaps on my carpets yet still being able to get them clean. The tech called me to say he was heading over, he was here within the timeframe he stated earlier, and was very professional.

I was able to fully trust the young man that cleaned our couch and loveseat. He showed me the info that was put on by those who made the couch and told me that the regular cleaning might harm the fabric. So he used the other fabric cleaner. He also showed me what lint he could get out of a cushion by covering the hose opening with a cloth and then putting suction on the cushion. I was amazed!!

The gentlemen who cleaned my carpet was so helpful, kind, and very knowledgable. He really went out of his way to answer all of my questions and was able to address all of my concerns. The employees who work for Zerorez are what make the difference. I know that the cleaning method is what is advertised on the radio, but honestly, my carpets could be cleaner then the day they were installed but if I don't feel comfortable with the guy doing the job, I'll never call back.
