Not a lot of chemicals. Dries fairly quickly.
It was efficient and thorough. So far looking good but it has only been a day. We were overcharged, but they quickly have worked to remedy that. I already referred my sister.

Jonah, the technician, was affable and efficient and he listened as I pointed out particular spots to be treated. He then carefully took care of each problem and did a beautiful job overall. The end result is very pleasing.

The technician was an hour late and didn't get the stain out of the family room carpet like he said he did. He was only here for a short time and I thought he should have stayed a little longer to get a better job done.

This was our first-ever carpet cleaning experience. I think I had unrealistic expectations. I fully expected our carpet to be a pretty blue again. Instead, I can tell that it is a LOT cleaner than it was, but I can still tell the difference between the traffic areas and non-traffic areas.
