Schedule appts to allow add-ons if desired. Check if closets should be included to a bedroom, if carpet is detached from bedroom.

This is the second time i have had to recall the service because of spots that were not cleaned the first time. I appreciate them coming back to clean them, but they cannot come till next week and i have a party that i was trying to get ready for.

I love that they use no soap. I feel better knowing that any soap residue from previous cleanings is pulled out. My carpets feel so clean! They literally have the thick soft feeling back of being brand new!
