Great customer service with knowledgeable, friendly, professionals!
Quick and efficient service
We had an approximately 4" stain that did not come out the first time. Austin and.back and tried everything he could and gratefully the stain is now gone. Thank you , Austin! And thank you. Zerorez.
I am still thinking about whether or not to call and have my couches redone....still quite soiled. They weren't very wet when he finished. I will call within 30 days.
I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning! The technician was prompt, thorough, kind, and explained the details to me. I told my cousin and she is planning to get her carpets done by Zerores.

I really liked the service.
However, setting up the service was not great:
The preson wrote my email address incorrectly--I didn't get any notifications
the address was for the wrong city.---the guy doing the service callled because he couldn't find my appartment.
The person also misquoted the amount of the service!!!

Set up for the service was easy, I did it through live chat because there wasn't an option to say I needed a sofa cleaned on the online booking.
Technician was efficient, thorough and very professional.
Cleaner showed up on time and did the whole house quickly. Dry Time was reasonable as well, by the next day it was all dry.
The carpet was not thoroughly cleaned in the high traffic areas. There were several spots where dark patches remained after drying. I used my Hover home carpet machine to go over them again and pulled a lot more dirt from those areas. Now they look clean and consistent with the rest of the carpet. The bottom line is I'm not as impressed with the depth of cleaning we thought we were getting by using ZeroRez. Not sure I'll use your service next time.

My technician was awesome and explained every procedure to me. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions. He did not rush through the project and that is why I am very satisfied.

No residue left! Carpet always looks great
Zerorez did a wonderful job on our carpets! Our only complaint is they were an hour and a half late. They called and told us they would possibly be 30 minutes late, but no other calls before they showed up another hour even later.
Double check charge with customer before having them pay to make sure an error was not made. This is what happened to me.
A lot of the stains did not come up out of my carpet. Was hoping for a better job. I will still have to replace my carpet eventually.
