We had a great experience. the tech that came out was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Because we did our whole house and we aren't moving, we had a lot of furniture around and he was very helpful with what he needed to do and how to get it done.

Being only water is great. It dried quicker than expected with Dan’s running of course. I was highly disappointed in how the tech walked everywhere including outside in the same shoes without coverings even on our cleaned and wet carpets but we were told not too. Never saw that before and was puzzling.

I had you come out a second time to redo some areas in my dining room and bathroom because the grout was not cleaned very well the first time. On the day of the appointment I had a doctor appointment in the morning and would have been home on time for my 11:30-4 appointment, but you arrived an hour early and I wasn’t home. My landlord let him in and I told him the general areas that needed to be done. I arrived 5 minutes or less after the guy left. The landlord said he was in and out really fast. My floors don’t look much different after the second visit. If he had not come an hour early, I would have been home and could have shown him myself the problem areas. I’m not very happy with how the floors turned out. My carpets are fine and he did a good job on those, but I’m disappointed in how the tile floors turned out. You should train your people to slow down a little when cleaning grout because they take a little longer to get clean. I know time is money, but happy customers are money too.

The carpets look great and the guys that came were so nice. They even helped my husband when he was trying to get a heavy box downstairs. Will definitely be a returning customer

Everyone I talked to on the phone was really nice and helpful, the first time the cleaning was terrible, it looked the same after the cleaning as before, dirty. They rushed through and rushed out. I was offered a re-service and the second time Brian and Nigel were very thorough and made sure everything was clean and all dirty spots removed.

The technicians were really great. They were timely, polite, clean, informative. They were able to walk me through and explain everything well and gave me a quick estimate along with cost-saving options. No complaints about them at all. My complaint is the crazy amount it cost to do the pet stain treatment. WAY too expensive. I agreed to it because I really wanted to feel like my carpets were clean and didn’t have any lingering smell, but I think the amount charged is exhorbitant. I now regret paying so much. I think it would be good to assess the amount of time plus supplies and possibly re-evaluate what you charge for a home with numerous, small spots such as mine. I can’t imagine that the equipment and supplies justify the cost for less than 6 man hours worth of labor. You made a hefty profit on my home.

Clean results and stays clean.

I am torn. Our carpet cleaner was very nice and very accomodating. When I got home and looked at the carpet I could see streaks of clean and streaks of dirty in the high volume areas. On one carpet there was still a spot. It just looked like there was no pressure or a lot of back and forth motions to get all the dirt out. I took a small carpet cleaner and I cleaned up the spot quite easily. I then went over to the streaked carpet and I used the small carpet cleaner and nothing but the water from the machine. It cleaned it up and the water was an extremely dirty brown color. I called back and they were more than welcome to come back and fix the problem, however, because they aren't prepared for that I had to schedule out about 5 days, which isn't bad but the furniture was all moved out of the rooms and we didn't want to move them all back in only to move them all back out again. Anyway, the cleaner came back and was friendly as can be. He was very apologetic and he recleaned what I wanted him to clean. It looks great what he recleaned. The problem now is that he cleaned where I thought it looked dirty and did a great job, but the small part of the room he didn't redo......now looks dirty. It didn't stick out until he re-cleaned the carpet. I really want him to come back but feel like I am being super difficult. So when you ask if I would recommend Zerorez, I vacillate. It should have been done correctly and as vigorously the first time, but it wasn't. However, because the cleaner was so kind, friendly and accomodating I would recommend. This way, if he does make mistakes he is willing to come back and make it right. To improve...........have the cleaner push down harder on the wand, don't go so fast, be more thorough and check. He should have seen the spot, it was very obvious. Thank you.

Our technician, Ben, was awesome... but (I think) because I forgot to mention the "4th room free" or "1 free pet treatment," I did not get those discounts. It would have been nice to have the discounts automatically applied.

Our technician was very professional and knew his services. We had our whole vacant house done prior to the new owners moving in. The carpet, even thought 19 years old, looked grand after his treatment.

At least one family who was helping the new owners with their move in has all ready made an appointment to have their carpets cleaned.

I did not write my technicians name, I want to say "Ryan" but I am not sure. As he was ready to leave, our discussion centered around him. Found out we know his grandfather formally from Sacramento by the name of Harvey Greer. So, it was nice to take just a minute and share our experiences way back when about "Ryan's" grandpa.

It took OVER TWO DAYS to dry. That’s a long time.

The edges of the stair treads were as dirty as before the cleaning. I know because the flat part of each step was clean.

When your rep came to our house, he asked if there had been water in the basement bedroom. I siad yes. He siad that he couldn;t clean it unless we had a certification from a dister remediation compoany. I called a dkisaposter fremediation company to ask them to viit. They told me that they do not give certifiocates. When I discribed what measured we had taken to clkean up, he siad that that is exactly what they would do and that they will come to look at it but they are doubtful they could have done any better. They said I whouldn't worry about mold and mildew given what I had done and that your compoany was being paranoid. This is from someone who has worked as a main rep from a Utah Distaster Cleanup company with many years of expienece. I had to alsmot twist there arm tyo actually sdet upm an appointment to meaure and check out the room. So I am being more careful than they are. But no need to worry we will go somewhere else for this one.
