Good service like what it looks like when it's done and feel
I thought after our carpets were cleaned we needed to have them stretched because of a ripple in the carpet. However, after they were complete dry the ripple went away. It would have been nice to have known that information

Ben, the technician was very informative as to what he was doing to clean different types of carpet in our house and did a great job of cleaning and applying protectant. He also did a great job on the stairs to get out some tough stains from grape punch that was spilled.
