after waiting for the carpets and floors to dry I noticed that corners were missed on the tile floor and he didn't move a bed in one room, the bed was the only thing in the room I have a large spot in the center of one room that was missed, My brother who was home ask him if he could help move any thing. The young man told him no he was fine.

The Zerorez technician did a very good job. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He did a very good job in a short amount of time, and was able to get all the spots out of the carpet, other than some of the highest traffic stains. We are pleased with his work. It is also nice to know that there is no residue to attract more soil to the carpets. Thank you very much!

The actual service was great, and our technician (Eric) was efficient and friendly. My issue was as follows: when I set up the original appointment time, I said I preferred afternoon, because I have a 5 month old baby who's schedule we have to work around. When you called 2 days before with the confirmation, I was told to expect a call between 9:45-10:15 to know when the technician would be coming. I returned the confirmation call and expressed my concern about needing a later appointment, to which I was reassured it would be later than the 9 o'clock hour and told that they would make a note about us having a baby we were working around in the system. The morning of the appointment, I set my alarm to make sure I would be able to answer your call when it came, only to find I had missed 4 calls in the 8 o'clock hour. I was stressed with the impression that we would maybe have to miss our appointment after moving all of our furniture. Thankfully, Catherine was nice on the phone and told us they'd fit us in after the location that had originally been scheduled after us. This could have been a bigger issue than it was though, because even without getting our confirmation that Eric could come earlier, he came to our house, knocked and rang the doorbell (which thankfully we have muted). If our baby had been woken up by that, or if we had been woken by him, there is no way we would have been willing or ready to let him come in without notice. Under no circumstances should your technicians just come to a house without confirmation from your customer, especially when they have a note in the system about having a baby.

Knowledgeable servicemen, and system both cleans and is kind to my variety of carpet types. Also get hard stains out, i.e., rust.

Steve called to say he was on his way. and came in the time he said he would. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, he explained the process and answered my questions. He asked if I was satisfied with the work that was done. He went way above my expectations. I had changed my mind about some areas to be cleaned and he said he could accommodate it and it would be fine.. The carpet area looks fabulous. A shout out for Steve and ZEROREZ. Thanks so much.

First time using the carpet brush machine that brought up all the hair trapped in the carpet...made a huge difference in the cleaning of the carpet. I have been a customer for several years now. Keep up the great work.

The email I was sent to confirm the appointment said that zerorez has a goal to have carpet dry in 2-4 hours by using fans. No mention of that was made to us at the time of service, and no fans were provided or used. The email also said to contact zerorez immediately if it takes more than twelve hours but no emergency contact info was provided.. Ours took at least 8 if not more to dry
