Cleaned my carpet real good it looks almost like new. I was real pleased

Arrived on time, very professional. The process is very effective and dryer quickly. No chemical smell but I can tell our microfiber couches are clean.

I liked that the technician called before he came. I liked that he did a very thorough job and he did it quickly. I liked that he gave me the final payment amount prior to starting the cleaning. I liked that he was very nice and I was not at all concerned having just me and him in the house.

This was our first time cleaning carpets newly installed six years ago. Only the two of us live in the home. There were only a few areas of pattern wear and spots -- and I am not sure they are any better. Most significantly for us, the carpet has lost its softness -- even after my vacuuming twice. We are not very experienced with carpet cleaning, so maybe this is all normal for any carpet cleaning. In the future, we probably will just keep the carpets well-vacuumed and spot treat any stains -- as we are doubtful that carpet cleaning helps, at least in our situation.

They weren't able to clean the Area Rug on the 3rd Floor where we were located. It is hard to visualize the office when you haven't been here. The guy offered to take it back to the shop at no extra cost and have it back the next morning before the CEO got in.

I am happy with how my carpet looks. I gave a 9 instead of a 10 as I like to see if the spots return or how quickly the carpet starts looking dirty. I was very happy the promptness, communication and personnel.

I love no residue and the quick dry time!

The carpet has some areas that are crunchy. Although I was informed the pet odor would not be eliminated, it actually got stronger after the cleaning. I bought a store carpet spray to put on the carpet which has helped to eliminate the odor.

Love the result after having the carpet and stone/grout cleaned and how it all looks new again! Isiah did a great job and would definitely have him over again.
