Great technician and quality service
Poor communication, my appointment time was between 12:00 & 2:00, tech didn't show until 4:15, waited all day

The service really cleaned a dirty carpet from my last renter.

Quick and very professional

The young man cleaning the carpet was very polite and did a great job. He honored the price I was given at the home and garden show because I wasn't told the price would be more if the rooms were bigger. I really hate when you are told one price then they try to raise the price when they get to the house. Thanks again to the young man who did the right thing and honored the price I was told.

Your technicians have always arrived when scheduled, or earlier, been very courtious, explained what they need to do to complete their work and then proceed in a very professional manner. We have always been pleased with the results.
After the carpet dried, it was cruchy and smelled dirty. I expected soft and fresh. Not sure how it could be made right ?
You guys made things worse in one room. You brought up a bright red stain in the middle of the room that wasn't there before. We wished we wouldn't have gotten the carpets cleaned in the first place.
The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained his things work in simple matter that we could understand. Our couches were horrible! But he made them look great!
