The carpets look exactly the same after they dried. You would expect a difference after a " professional cleaning " but same stains and spots as it looked before they were cleaned. I was expecting an obvious cleaner look but it was not the case. Sorry , the service did not meet my expectations. So, this is my honest feedback. No need to contact me. I simply will not hire your services again.

The service technician did an excellent job on our carpet. He took the time on the spots and made our carpet look wonderful. Zerorez is the only cleaning service I will use.

The carpets are like brand-new, so soft to walk on. The tile and grout look like they did 20 years ago. Drew scrubbed the floor like I would have, on my hands and knees. I am very happy with the service and the product. I will call you again! Name removed

Very nice, respectful and hard working. Carpet was really stained at first and almost looked brand new afterwards.

I called to discuss some misinformation I was given during a cleaning with Mitch. We discussed my concerns. He said he would get back to me and never has 5 days later.

I couldn’t add upholstery cleaning to my order. Otherwise the service and end result was great!

I'm happy with the cleanliness of my carpets. They look great and the two spots I was concerned about are gone. I would give you a score of 10 but I wish the young man who cleaned my carpets had worn shoe coverings over his sneakers while he cleaned my carpets. Shoes are very dirty from just normal activities and walking on a damp carpet means that some of the dirt from his shoes was left behind on my clean carpets. Shoe coverings are not expensive. I'm surprised that you don't require your employees to wear them while cleaning inside customers' homes.
