the technician Sam was so nice, and so funny. very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. did a great job cleaning things up for us.

Zerorez offers the option to schedule your cleaning via phone or on-line and once scheduled consistently communicates via text, email and/or phone to remind you of your appointment and on the day of the appointment will let you know when your tachnician is finishing the job prior to yours and will let you know when he is on his way.
The technician is polite, professional and treats your home with respect.
Zerorez checks in to make sure everything is going well and near the completion of your cleaning, Zerorez will electronically send you a copy of your invoice and provides the opportunity to pay on-line.

It's just excellent. Our basement is like a new place since having the carpet cleaned. It feels fresher and smells so clean, I don't mean with a fragrance, it just smells clean. It's refreshing and looks great!!! My husband wants them to come do more carpets in our home now...
The hose to the cleaning machine leaked. They wrapped a towel around it to try and stop the leak. You could have hoses that do not leak to improve service.

I requested my hallway carpet to be cleaned during the visit and the technician forgot that area. I was still charged for it. I called to have that portion refunded, but was told a manager would have to approve that and would call me back. I never heard back from anyone.
I already filled one of these out.

ZeroRez was so fast cleaning my new home and did an excellent job! The previous owners of our home had some not-quite potty trained pets and you could smell it, but after these guys came through you never would have known! The scent of the carpet was fresh and clean without the weird feeling of any residue. The carpet almost looked a shade lighter and was so fluffy and soft! I also got their protectant services and am very grateful for that! Great service, awesome price, and VERY FAST!
I would love for another cleaning to see if that helps.

Our carpet guy was kind and careful. He worked hard to do a great job. But...when my carpet dried after cleaning, there were still large areas that were not clean. Anywhere that he pretreated came clean but I guess he didn't pretreat all the spots. It is the main room that needs pretreating in certain spots and then recleaned.
Got right down to business and did a good job.

Jake was fabulous. I had Zerorez do my carpet about 10 years ago and it was awful. I waited forever but gave you another try and I’m so grateful I did! The carpets look new and smell so clean!
Chris got out so many stains that I thought were there permanently. Our carpet was so fluffy and beautiful. I was so impressed.
I called because I wanted my chairs done and decided to do the carpets too. The chairs weren't done (the cleaner said because they were cotton). That leaves me with needing to find other means of getting my chairs cleaned. Also, there are still stains on my carpet, which I will also need to get cleaned.
I appreciate that chemicals aren't used, but I still have the same issues.
Can I please get a refund? The spots in my carpet are back. I pd $150 for nothing.
I’ve used another company where they came in with a machine to loosen the dirt. There wasn’t a change at all in the look of the carpets when your technician was done! The entire house was fine in about an hour. I’ll never use your company or recommend you again!!

I loved the whole house pet urine treatment. The entire house smells fresh and clean now. The cleaning service was top notch, was nearly able to remove all the unsightly stains. We were told the carpet should be completely dried in 8 hours and to my amazement that statement was absolutely true. When I finished work at 1:00 a.m., arrived home and pressed my hands over the carpet, it made me smile! 😊💯 Thank you! 👍
