The cleaning didn’t seem to do anything for my carpets. They are still very dirty with stains on them. I feel as if the tech went too fast and did not take his time. If carpets had been passed over 2-3 times I think that would have helped. I’m very disappointed to pay all that money for no results
Didn’t get all the stains out and the high traffic areas are still matted, almost like they hadn’t been done. The stairs do look better but not like they are really clean.
I had some stains on my carpet. The cleaning process brought stain to the top of the fibers and spread them out over a larger area. The carpet looked worse after cleaning. I was able to remove most of the stains with my home carpet cleaner.
I like that the cleaning does not involve soaps and does not leave soups in the carpets.
I have used Zerorez a number of times and been happy with the cleaning.
Their prices are healthy by comparison to shampooing, but hey have always done a good job.

He was knowledgeable experienced professional and fast.
The pricing was unclear especially after there changes at the time of the service. These changes were not clearly reflected on the bill. Also, and most imoprtantly, after the carpet dried, it appeared worse than before, because there were clean lines and patches that were still grey. The lack of uniformity from the cleanliness makes the carpet look unpleasent. It doens't set a good tone for quality of work overall. I don't think I'd want to use Zerorez again.

It would have been perfect if they had cleaned the vent on the inside of the dryer, my tools dont allow me to get far down in the vent so the lint is still stuck in there. I had neck surgery and trying to clean it myself made my neck hurt. If you could come vacuum out what is still in there that would make me give you a 10
The results are excellent. We like having no residue. The employee who cleaned our carpets did a great job. She is on the ball with all aspects of the work. We would never use any other carpet cleaner company.

The stairs were wetter than other areas of carpet. We had to use our fans to dry them for a couple of days.

It's deceiving to advertise "3 rooms for $109" and then add the "$25 service fee residential" in addition to that. Just put it in the original price, rather than end up with bothered customers.

I have always been pleased with the service and products of Zerorez. The techs are timely and explain what they are doing, the benefits and the results!

Very very pleased with how the carpets look!!
We mostly liked Ethan who explained the process so completely and who prepared us for the fact that some areas of wear would not be completely like new. We were hoping that some of them would clean up better. But I do like the idea of very little film, if any, would be left on top of the carpet. Ethan was so friendly and nice to us. Thank you!
