Our carpet is getting older but we noticed not all hairball spots came out. Kind of strange as they always have in the past. Our technician appeared to do a good job so kind of a mystery.

No residue, fairly quick drying, courteous technician.

Th Carpets and furniture that were cleaned looked the same after as they did before you came. I was extremely disappointed. I guess zero res means you don't use any soap or cleaner.

John was on time and very courteous. He did a great job. Very happy with the results of the cleaning of the two rooms and the stairs.

The do good work

My technician let me know he was "on his way" and arrived on time.
He was courteous and explained the process before he began.
He did a thorough job. My carpets look great!

The tech was friendly but seemed to move pretty quickly. The carpet dried quickly, which I appreciate, but I thought it would look and smell cleaner and fresher. It didn’t seem to make much difference, even though it hasn’t been cleaned for a while. I think the technician should’ve worn some foot covers or other shoe protection as he worked.

Liked the technician you sent (Jack) he was much better than earlier workers. Didn't spray my furniture and didn't leave streaks on my white carpet. The cleaning was very good

The technician was great. The cost for stairs higher than competitors by 25$. The cost for rug the same. C oh st for chairs also 20$ chair higher.
So good service not the value I thought. The discount saved me.

I was please with work done on my carpets. I was NOT pleased with the cost. I was quoted $167 over the phone for 3 areas (living room, fam. rm. & hallway).
---My bill included a $25 service charge that was never discussed,
---and an additional charge bc my living room equaled 2 rooms according to my tech.
---There was also a $60 charge for pet urine removal (that had been discussed).
---I was given a discount for a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER.
I can't find my receipt right now, but my final bill was approximately $100 extra! I don't understand why I paid so much! Also, I've seen an ad that you run: 3 rooms for $99 + 4th room free. My bill wasn't even close to that!

My carpets look amazing, like new! The technician was professional and helpful.

Gets the carpet clean

Take more time cleaning high traffic areas.

A door was soaked on the bottom and now you see this wavy line of dirty water.

Very pleased with the cleanliness of my carpet and stairs! Reilly was great to work with and very professional. I appreciated how great care was taken with my home. Everything was on time and done in an efficient manner!! Will definitely use again !!

Are able to get most stains up or very less noticeable, especially on lighter carpet.

We have used zerorez twice now. Will get rid of
Simple Easy dirt and stains. Anything more than that it Is not very effective at all.

The representative was on-time, perused the location, explained the process, (we were surprised at the time allowed), showed us the invoice on his phone and went to work.
His estimate of the job duration was right on.
All-in-all, a 5 star job.

Fast friendly service, did a great job

I love the product and the fact that there is zero residue left behind.

One room out of three did not come very clean as there are the same old spots showing through the day after cleaning. I would have wanted the technician to either spray the spots several times or go over the room a second time.
