Im sorry, my carpet stains just keep coming back...no need to try to make it right, you guys have already come back to re-do the stains and it only worked for a little while. I have nothing against zerorez, maybe my stains are just tougher? I would just recommend to my friends and family that zerorez is probably good for carpets that are not full of stains, but for stains I would recommend someone who uses a good stain remover and I dont know if it they exist, but a place that can get stuff out of the carpet pads too.

Zerorez carpet cleaning is very professional. The workers are polite and thoughtful and do a fantastic job. Our carpet is very old….27 yrs.! We vacuum often and get Zerorez to clean it regularly. Our carpet is of high quality and so cleaning is fantastic, but with Zerorez expert knowledge and diligent work, we have always been happy with their cleaning job. It was recently brought to our attention that if you have a less quality carpet cleaned, you may not be happy with any professional cleaners! Please don’t blame Zerorez, as an inferior grade of carpet cannot yield anyone’s professional cleaning. We also have Zerorez clean our couch and recliner chairs. Zerorez is the best! (We have had other professional cleaners and they are not as good as Zerorez!

Timely and efficient.

The technician said he couldn’t get the red punch out and my sister brought some carpet cleaner over and scrub for a little bit and got it out. He was there maybe 40 minutes to do a pretty good size area and I am very disappointed.
