Our carpets look amazing after they were cleaned
My carpets always look like new. They are far, thorough and answer every question I might have. Clean cut techs!
Prompt, cheerful and efficient workers
I really like your service for home. Once the area that was cleaned dried it looked worse than it did before it was cleaned. It is a very high traffic area and I understand it wasn't going to be perfect, but i had hopped it would have been better.

The technician was very friendly and worked hard for three solid hours getting our carpets cleaned on all three floors of the house. She listened to what needed to be done regarding some details. We are very happy with their service.
I recently booked a carpet cleaning bf appointment with Zerorez. The online booking was easy and the appointment—which was for an apartment I own that was empty—went smoothly.
Had my ducts and dryer vent cleaned. The men who did this work were vey prompt and friendly. They explained every step of the process.
The next day I had some of my carpet cleaned. Again the young man was very efficient and explained everything that he did and what I should do to let the carpet dry.

90% of the reason I had Zerorez come out was to spot clean some pet pee and they didn’t get it out. I was frustrated I still had to pay an unbelievable amount for them to not be able to get it out when the rest of the carpet did not need cleaning
The tech who performed our carpet cleaning took his time, was very thorough, and made me feel like he was genuinely glad to be doing this for our home. He was definitely 'tuned in' to me, a customer. I have always been pleased with the results of my Zerorez cleaning. I highly recomment them.

Our carpets look outstanding! Thank you so much. The tile didnt really get clean and there is a black residue left in all the showers. I think next time I will only have my carpets cleaned. Not sure the tile cleaning was worth the cost.

Spots that I was told couldn't come out, I gently rubbed with a cloth and they were almost gone. Additionally, my stairs didn't look bad while they were wet, but the next day when they were completely dry, there were yellow lines all over the white carpet. You could definitely tell where the water wasn't sucked out of the carpet very well.
It seemed like the tech didn't really care much, just got done as fast as he could. Also, he asked to use our bathroom, which was fine, but then a little later just walked in and used it again without saying anything, which I found odd.
