Cleaning Guy was awesome. He communicated great and did a fantastic job.

Your company cleaned my tile and carpets and did a horrible job. My carpets looked worse after you cleaned them and now they have a musty moldy smell. You returned and cleaned it a second time. I still have the moldy smell that occurred after you cleaned them the first time. My carpet never smelled like this until you cleaned them. The smell is making me cough and my carpet is ruined! I have used you in the past and didn’t have a problem. I don’t think the guys that cleaned them knew what they were doing. This mold /smell can’t be healthy. I want someone to contact me to resolve this.

The workers were hard-working, knowledgeable, and polite. They put in extra effort on my toughest stains. Myy rugs, staircase, sofas, and kitchen chairs look great!

The guys were nice and very professional, however the job seemed rushed and a few spots, I believe, could have been pre-treated and brushed with the wide blue brush machine and had better results in the well trafficked entry way, they only did 2 rooms and I was charged for 3? Since it was just the trafficked areas a little more time and focus, I believe, would have produced a little cleaner carpet cleaning experience. Thanks for your time.

We had such a good technician come to our home. He was quick fast thorough and very accommodating. The stairs were left just damp instead of very wet as had been the previous case when I had the stairs cleaned professionally and when I had cleaned them myself. Thanks so much!

The carpet cleaning itself was pretty standard. The $500 whole house protection was a joke. The dog peed on the carpet tonight and it soaked right; it didn’t bead up or float on the fibers like the technician said it would. 5/5 for carpet 0/5 for the up sale.
