Ben was on time and very kind and professional. He did an exceptional job and was especially thorough in cleaning my stairs. They were immaculate . The carpets always take much longer to dry than expected 12 hours instead of eight —even with fans blowing on them. I only use Zerorez. They are the very best. I have used them once a year for more years than I can remember.
stains in the carpet did not get treated or addressed during cleaning. After cleaning was performed, the tech put away the wand and hose. I went to look at the carpet and found stains. he used spot shot carpet cleaner on them and it came out. I would have liked the cleaner to have been sucked up by the wand system, as the whole point of using ZeroRez was the "No residue, no chemicals" BS spouted by all you commercials. Now I have soap residue in a high traffic area, and instead of small spots, it will become a bigger spot over time due to attracting of dirt.
I am asking myself why pay a premium for you guys when the results are the same as the less expensive cleaning systems?
Train your techs. Do a walk through with the home owner BEFORE your equipment is put away.
Use the right product at the right time.
Carpets were still damp after 3 days and started to small. Didn’t get the dirt out very well. I think if they had tsken more time to such the moisture and dirt out it would have been better. Last time I used you the tech took much more time and the result was better. This time they were in and out very quickly and the job was disappointing.
I pointed out stains and they were still there after the tech left, but in didn’t realize it until the carpets were dry.
Love that the carpet cleaning service is so easy to schedule, the service itself is usually pretty quick, and the techs are always great. Landon and Colton did a great job, they called ahead of when they arrived and were helpful in finding some pet stains for treatment for me that I wasn't able to visibly see. Appreciate their hard work!!
Nothing, thought it was great- I just didn't have a carpeted hallway to get for free so I wish there were more options to trade out for

I use Zerorez because they do a better job than others I have used and does not leave residue and I love the way the carpets look after

The one thing I don’t like are the “fee” prices. I’m ok with fees but I feel these are a little high and should be adjusted for the size of the space.

We are located in Salt Lake City and had Phillip do our carpet cleaning. It was our first time using Zerorez. We had spilled red wine on our carpet and needed a carpet cleaner ASAP. I was able to schedule Zerorez to come out for a cleaning. Phillip was courteous and very professional. He did a wonderful job getting out the stain and cleaning several other rooms that needed cleaning. We will use Zerorez in the future. I highly recommend them.

The tech was very nice. Now that's its dry, I can see that more effort could have been put into cleaning the carpet. He was done in an hour. For the amount I paid, and since I had your protectant put down last time (not 6 months ago), I expected to see better results. As you know, this is hard to tell when the carpet is wet.
Our cleaning tech did such a great job scrubbing the stains out of the stairs. They look fabulous. We have light carpet, so there are spots where he scrubbed that came out nicely. The landing was quite dirty, and apparently, all of it needed scrubbing! There are still spots that are dirty that didn't get cleaned /scribbed. These spots were hard to see while the carpet was wet. Once it dried, the carpet showed both the clean and the dirty areas. He set a water container down on a wood chair and left a water mark on the wood. Please train your techs to set the water containers on tile tile floors or kitchen counters. Also, when I made the appointment, the scheduler told me that the rug would be cleaned on the tile floor. Our tech cleaned it on the wood floor before I could move it to the tile entry. Our tech was very congenial and pleasant. I will have Zerorez come back in a year. I have pictures to show the tech so that we can get all of the dirt spots out next time. Thank you!

Help me with my carpet needs
Very efficient service with very good results and carpets not saturated. Employee very polite and helpful and good at his job. Stains all removed and my 20 year old carpets looked almost new again. They are the only service I have used through the years and always very satisfied/
