Your services gets my carpets really clean, even in difficult heavy traffic areas. Your technician was friendly, efficient, and did a great job.

Tile cleaning process was not good around edges of tile. Technician worked hard but don’t believe the equipment does well around edges. Also, felt the sealing processes of just using a spray can was way over priced.

The guy who showed up to clean the carpets and Couch said he couldn't do the couch. It was a microfiber that has been cleaned before, so I'm not sure why he couldn't clean it. The carpet also has a couple spots that didn't get cleaned very well. I ended up calling another company to clean the couch which was stressful because I had a party in 2 days time and really needed the couch cleaned. I will now be using the other company for my future needs.

Carpet cleaning was great. The tile cleaning was even better. They worked very hard to get this home ready to sell. Very happy with their work.

They’re very efficient careful and do an excellent job. Mya cleaned my carpets and very efficient and careful.

There seemed to have been a breakdown of communication. The third guy on the job said he was not supposed to be the one on the job, but ended up being the one, so this may have caused the issues. I am not sure. There was not enough hose for them to finish the job and they apparently could not be brought one without causing serious delays. The delays still occurred even when we got the approval for them to drive on the whole front lawn sidewalk to the top doors. This posed issues as there are sprinkler heads near the sidewalk strip. The first two guys seemed great and resourceful. You would think an extra hose would be needed, or at least brought just in case, when our commercial job was just under 13,000 square feet. 600 feet is just not going to cut it. It caused a mess for our planning, as we were initially advised that a 9-5 would be possible, as that is when we are open. This was not the case. It was about 7:30 when we were able to leave due to the job. We were not able to reschedule as we have many events and hold two different schools here. Plus, everything was already prepared for the job that day, and we were unable to schedule more hours to redo it.

Colton was timely and did a great job cleaning my carpets. There was a spot that Chem Dry didn't get out a few years ago, and he was able to get it out, which was great.

Maya was the person to clean my carpets. She did an amazing job! She was very thorough and cleaned beautifully both my main floor and downstairs rooms. There were a lot of difficult stains that she was able to remove, and I know it was difficult to get those stains clean. I couldn’t be more happy with the results. Thank you, Maya for all your work!

I like that there isn't any product left in the carpet that I can detect.

Your technician was very capable and answered all my questions. My rugs are very clean and they dried quickly.

They performed well and quickly. The various spots in the carpet that needed special cleaning counted as one room, which I found generous.

I had you clean the carpets of one of my rentals and then you gave me a bid to remove pet bacteria and it was astronomical. I decided to use someone else for the pet treatment. They were much more affordable, and they also made the rest of the carpets a lot cleaner than zero rez was able to - not just on the pet areas.
