Attention to detail!
The techs are always willing to go back over a spot and work on it again and again. They came very promptly. Tanner did a fantastic job. Thanks.
I had my carpets cleaned. But the spots I pointed out to Cameron when he came did not come out. He came back to remove the spots and said he was using your strongest stain remover. But the spots are still there.
Several years ago, my son unknowingly tracked black roofing tar on this same carpet. I had four or five black stains about two inches in diameter. I got them out completely.
Now, if I was able to get roofing tar out of my carpet, surely you, in the carpet cleaning business, should be able to get these smaller and lighter stains out.
I have been a loyal Zerorez customer and have recommended your company to others.
I will not be doing that in the future. I am not satisfied with the carpet cleaning Zerorez did on my carpet.

Zerorez did an excellent job on my carpet and even went the extra mile. I would definitely recommend them. They got some of the spots out that I didn't think would come out and my stairs looked like new!

I've been using Zerorez for almost 20 years - in Seattle (Woodinville), Manhattan Beach, and now Park City. I have always been very happy with the results! My sister, who I swear is allergic to everything, is visiting, and she was able to sit on the sofa and loveseat without having an allergic reaction. We have 2 Labrador puppies... and they have the inevitable occasional accident. The thick wool rugs in our home are clean after Jacob treated and deep-cleaned them. I wouldn't use any other company to clean our carpets, area rugs, upholstered furniture, and granite counter tops.
That you dont use chemicals!
My carpet was wet for 48 hours and smelled for 3 days. Not cool, Frank!
I was quoted just under $300 on the phone and when the technician came it ended up being almost $700, they did an amazing job and I’m super pleased with the service but for just one room and a couch it was pricey.
