pretty great service, loved my technician. Carets dried quickly

I will be calling to talk to a supervisor or manager about the carpet cleaning at my home over the weekend. The spots in my entry way and on my basement stairs still exist. The spots in the entry way are faintly there but he mad them larger than they originally were. The spots on the stairs were not even cleaned correctly. The person who did the work had a bad case of body odor. I do not want him to come back to remedy the situation. If this is the type of service I can expect to receive, I will go back to AAA Restoration or another company. The past 2 times I have had the carpet cleaned, They have not done a thorough of a job as Angelo has done for me in the past. I can assume your training is the same but your cleaners probably do their own way when they get to the customers location.

I love that you don't use strong smelling chemicals. My technician was prompt, friendly and worked quickly. My carpets looked amazing after he was done. Also, ZeroRez was the least expensive quote I got after comparing about 5 companies. I will definitely use you again and recommend you to others.

Techs (Nigel and Conrad) were great to work with. We had a difficult little situation and they were very accommodating. My carpet looks, feels, and smells better than it has after using other companies. I only took a point off for the girl who did the scheduling because I found her quite rude, unsympathetic, and inflexible.

Great result, expert technicians and reasonable price.

Our technician was personable, informative and did a great job explaining everything. The carpets look great and I like that they will come back within a certain timeframe if anything needed to be touched up.

The end result was perfect! Jacob was our tech and he explained everything from beginning to end, answered all of our questions, and was friendly. It was a great experience.

Urinated in the toilet, left the seat up and did not flush. Also left the back door unlocked.

Service was great!

ZeroRez came back for a third time to clean up an area that was 10x worse after the second cleaning. The technician was great and worked hard to clean it thoroughly but after it dried it still isn't gone, nor looks as good as it did before they ever came to clean in the first place.

I like how beautiful my rugs looks after they have been cleaned.
I really like how friendly and courteous all the staff are. Drew, the tech who came was exceptional.

The coutesy of the the technicians and the cleaning process that cleans amazing and dries quickly.

The carpet looks much cleaner but the deeper dirt didn’t come out until I used Resolve after the carpet was cleaned. That removed the deep dirt.
The carpets were soaked and took 48 hours to dry.
Something left spots on my wood floor where it removed the finish.
