A soiled area on my carpet turned orange. The worker returned to redo it and still it's no better. My carpet is ruined! I'd like to send a photo to your company. It cost me $300 to clean and now we will have to replace the carpet... large room 15 x 30.

I've had good results before with your company. It seems like somehow there should be something done to make emends for this disaster.

There were some spots I feel were missed and could have been cleaned better. I wasn't extremely pleased with the way the carpet looked after it dried.
