carpets are still dirty around edges. Not any cleaner than when I do them myself.
Everyone was friendly and kind. The carpets are so clean and fresh. I feel comfortable with my 4 month old rolling on the carpet now. Before I worried about dirt and germs.
And I can't believe how fast they did all 4 rooms! In and out in an hour.

It was way too expensive for upholstery cleaning. Over $600 before my coupon is ridiculous -- half the price of a new couch. I am not even sure that the add on spray was used because I could still smell odors on the tops of all the back cushions. It seems like that part was not thoroughly cleaned.
They were fast, efficient, thorough, and ignored my barking dogs on the other side of the door! They did a great job and my carpets look great. Thank you!

I like the quality and care this tech took despite the quality of my flooring.
The technician told my daughter that even though it was probably a faux leather, he thought that the high alkaline water could damage (dry out) the fabric. His supervisor was contacted and he stated that it could be done without harm to the couch. However, when the technician spoke to me I heard the story that it would probably damage the couch. Therefore, I decided not to have the work done.
There are tow things I would like to see happen. First and foremost, I never viewed and received a breakdown of charges for the services rendered. I was only given a statement of total expenses to my credit card.
Secondly, I would like to meet with a field supervisor and look at the couch that was never cleaned.

I asked the cleaners if they had cleaned the closets in each room and they said yes. However, two of the closets weren't cleaned--and I had gone to the effort to clean them. They also couldn't get a couple of stains out, which was disappointing.
They made sure I was satisfied with their work.

We were very impressed with the fellow who cleaned our carpets. He did a great job and did the job fairly fast! I would recommend him!
The process and materials that completely pick up cleaning chemicals out of the carpet yarn. No tracking from soaps and chemicals.
did not clean behind doors. weird that you ask for tip and payment before service. Cleaner left and did not know that he was done (no communication).
Some of the preparations that you require are hard to accomplish because of age or physical disability like furniture moving. Some cleaning companies will help move furniture.
She called 45 minutes early to let me know she on the way. Here on time very friendly. Asked if they did area rugs give me info on that. Very happy with the service.

I’ve used ZeroRez three times now for carpet cleaning. Each time I have been totally satisfied by the professionalism and care of the cleaning technician. The service is easy to book and manage, and communication is extremely clear so that expectations are set before any cleaning even happens. I expect to be a long-term customer!

Y’all say your carpet cleanings are a percentage dryer than competitors. This cleaning was completed Friday and having fans running 24 hours a day carpet is finally dry Sunday morning.
Pet area treated with pet treatment is still smelling like pet urine. Coming back to retreat the area may be helpful.
I love Zerorez! They came when they said they would arrive. My carpets look so good; even the traffic areas look much better than I expected.

I felt like it was very fast. They didn’t rake my carpet. Some of it was so matted still and I’ve never had that issue with other carpet cleaners. I had to call them back because they forgot spots extremely expensive and was not worth it.
