The smell of pet urine is still strong in my house. There were plenty of spots that weren’t deep enough to penetrate the pad so we didn’t do a deep clean on those. Those ones were still treated but the smell is just as it was before Zero Rez came to clean. When they came I was hit with “you will have to pay $75 per deep spot if you want those taken care of.” I should have hired a different company. For the cost, I would have been to get those deep ones out per zero rez, I could have recarpeted. Thanks but no thanks. I will say that the person who came out was very nice.

I can see why you’re called zero rez all it seemed like they did was spray water and suck it up. It took me longer to vacuum the rooms then it took the technician to clean the carpets.i don’t think I’ll be using them again

I have been a regular customer over the past 6 or 7 years and Zerorez always delivers a consistent great experience. Yesterday, Ethan did a beautiful job cleaning my sofa and removing a nasty stain that happened last week when I spilled dinner on the cushion! It looks like new again. Plus, Ethan is a super personable young man - very polite, very professional. And that is also consistent with Zerorez. Finally, I love how rapidly things dry and are ready to use again.
