Professional and courteous service. No residues or soaps that will attract dirt. I've used Zero Rez for many years. I have carpeting in my house that's over 20 years old. When I told this to the service rep, he could not believe it. It looks as good as the day the carpet was installed! We believe in their service and the results. We will continue to use Zero Rez in the years to come.
Nearly 48 hours later and our steps are still quite wet. The technician must have used a ton of water and did not suck it out.
The cleaning was ok. I was charged for 4 rooms, technician only did 2, plus hallway, stairs and bathroom. I have called at least 3 times, sent a email as well. I have not heard back from ANYONE regarding having a credit put on my credit card. I finally had to issue a dispute with Citi Bank on my card. I love zero rez service and product, but not sure if I will ever use again. :(

I would appreciate if the technician did show up with a mask for now. But other than that he did a great job.

Third time to use Zerorez but definitely not the last. Our technician was excellent, he was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job, exactly what I was hoping for. We always love the results from Zerorez.
Tech was courteous and cleaned my carpets quickly. My carpet looks great now. He explained everything to me on options for a deep clean but was not pushy about it. Will definately recommend your company.
