Our carpets looked great-and I forgot his name-but he was absolutely wonderful. Our carpets were cleaned on 10/14 @ 483 East Crown Ridge Road. He showed up exactly on time and did a really great job.

Did not come for the third cleaning until I called and then the personnels kept referring to my business as my home. I told them that we close at four PM and they did not show up until a little after three and then had to reschedule. The reschedule went good. The technician did a good job.

how fresh and clean my carpets are after they have been cleaned. This time I had some urine orders, likely from a grandchild that had a very strong Oder to it. I had tried everything on that smell, but it just would not come out. Left a window open all summer, but the airing out did not help either. This was the last straw... and I think it has worked. So far I am unable to smell that bad Oder, and might be able to use that room again in my house if the smell remains gone.
He was on time, told me how long he thought it would take and did a great Jon.
Would be a ten if a re-service hadn’t been necessary after the first visit. However on the second visit the technician did a wonderful job and I am very happy with the result.
I really appreciate having Jacob and Zane return to do a proper cleaning on my carpets! Jacob was even able to get some rubber stains out on a small section. These two technicians were what I have grown accustomed to and they did a great job. I’d have these two back the next time, if possible.

Super gross Teen space with spilled soda on white carpet, zero res came cleaned it all so it looks great and even cleaned up after the mess he made from rain water on the kitchen floor. Came out on time.

The carpets look great! Even a purple days after they come. Other carpet cleaners have come and the carpets look dirty again two days later.
