Normally, your technicians have been very thorough (though this last time I had to ask for a walk through and asked the technician to re-clean a couple of spots. This is the first time I have had this issue though. I use your company several times a year and will continue to use your services.

I expected the tile grout to be it's original color for $1 a square foot. I guess it's back to scrubbing it on my hands and knees

The quote I was given was so much less than what I paid. It would also be helpful to have a more specific timeframe for the appointment. It’s hard to just set aside the entire day for an appointment that only takes 1.5 hrs.
I was very pleased with the vent cleaning I had your guys come take care of for me. Very pleased how they made sure everything was clean and ready for my little one to be around the home. He has asthma and allergies and I now feel better about having him in the home with clean vents.
