Very nice service - I'm waiting to see how long things stay unspotted before I can say A+ for sure! Dried very quickly, spots seem to be gone, very prompt and quick and polite and careful.
It takes less time for carpet to dry. by requesting you can get heavy traffic areas good & clean

Arrived on time. Explained what you would be doing. Worked in a timely manner. Afterwards, you explained what you had done and what you had noticed and if there was any problems. The carpet and furniture dried quickly. Very pleased with the results. have used you for several years and will use you again.

Just didn't really get the results I was hoping for. 😕 I had a darker "area" in the middle of my living room & it never really lightened up!

I found it ironic that I called to have my carpets cleaned because of animal odors. And when I called back to report that the odors were still there, I was told that animal odors are not guaranteed. The people I've talked to and who came to my house were pleasant, no complaints there. But not covering pet odors. What the heck?

It looked beautiful the lines were pretty that he left behind in each room and his dress and conversation were all professional felt safe with him in my home!

Have used Zerorez several times and really liked it, all but two times ago. This newest worker, Johnny, did a wonderful job. The time before, who ever it was, did not do a really good job, for me or my neighbor.
