Carpet was a titch crusty when it dried. Maybe rake?
Our representative from Zerorez was prompt, knowledgeable and thorough in his cleaning of our carpets. He finished all the carpets in a timely manner, and in addition, he was very personable. I will gladly have Zerorez come to our home in the future.

Two of the reasons I chose Zerorez was because the website said fans were used to speed drying time and shoe coverings were provided. I asked abt shoe coverings when the tech arrived. I felt brushed off in my request and he did not leave them. No air movers were used.
I called and asked abt the shoe coverings after the tech left and was told I’d have to go pick them up. A 30-40 minute drive.
Chemical free cleaning
I think my carpets get clean.
Technician is on time and very fast...done in less than 45minutes.
My rugs are older but always look terrific after Zerorez and the spots and stains are permanently removed, they don't show up two days later.

Quick and easy
Justin was our carpet cleaner and he was super good! He was fast, efficient, detail efficient, explained services. He is an excellent employee and goes above and beyond! It did take our carpet a little longer than expected to dry but carpets looed great!

We liked your services a lot. Except that our house was totally empty - it was a moving in carpet cleaning - my husband was in the house, and there was ONLY couch in the middle of the family room that was not moved to be cleaned under it. I understand that your personnel is not supposed to move furniture, BUT my husband WAS THERE. They could, at least, have asked him if he wanted to move the couch.
End of story story is that we have a beautiful, clean carpet, except under that couch. Because it was literally in the middle of the room. Now, everyone that comes in asks us why that part is not clean... and we have to explain. Sad... and disappointing!

The service we received, and the technicians (Erik & Jestin) that provided them were both very effective as well as amazing people to work with. I felt very taken care of before, during, and after the services. They did a great job explaining things relative to the services. They took time to understand what we were wanting, and helped educate us about options as well as showing us things during and after the process. Show us really helped us see the actual benefits. They also went out of their way to help the result match more closely with what we wanted.

I definitely like the concept of a non-residue, faster-drying, water - clean solution being used. I love the absence of any strong odor and the faster-drying time, which allows me to have my rooms "back in normal order" more quickly. p.s. Your workers are always good communicators, , well-trained, capable and accommodating. Particularly appreciated the work done by this most recent young man. Thank you, Zerorez.
